We also bought a warranty for $3000. They had us finance the loan through their bank and not ours. We drove the vehicle home and found there were serious issues with the vehicle. We returned and rather than turning the vehicle back to them, they agreed to have repairs made at their Ford dealership in Moses Lake, WA. That dealership had the vehicle for three weeks after we went through a fiasco where the appointment had been made at their Chevrolet dealership in Moses Lake (who said they could not work on the vehicle. and sent us over to the Ford dealership instead). We retrieved the vehicle three weeks later only to discover the repairs had not been made. Bud Clary Toyora was confronted with the evidence and facts, they then agreed to have the vehicle repaired at the East Wenatchee Ford dealership, calling to make the appointment and guaranteed payment. Once diagnostics was completed and the estimate of repairs was given to Bud Clary Toyota, they became a ghost. To make a long story short, we have found it necessary to file a lawsuit in Grant County Washington State against this dealership and have a court date. We strongly suggest you not put your hard-earned cash into the hands of a company that would steal from veterans and God. If you go ahead and buy the cheapest, steel belt radio you will find out with the losses they have to be guaranteed for at least 50,000 miles. I normally buy the 80,000 mile tires and they usually last quite a bit longer because we only use it to go back-and-forth to work or to the store or doctors appointment. Please remember that this is less than 40,000 miles on our car and we are already having bare spots on the tire as well as the steel belt showing they quoted a price of over $1000 to replace the tires. I guess I was screwed over again because I believe what they had told me that they were not selling the same cheap tire as they did the first time to me on this brand new car. Less than 40,000 miles later after getting all the maintenance I'm supposed to get informed that the tires are dangerous and it has to be changed. I'm getting really sick of being straight over firstly, we have gotten into a place in America where everyone wants to make their fortune on the back of the working man worse than that on the back retired disabled people like me. I am a veteran and I deserve better. They didn't just cheat me they lied to me to get to trust them again my wife called Costco, Walmart, and Les Schwab to price tires. Every place that we called quoted far less then the over 1000. To get tires replaced and that was for 80,000 mile steel belted radials with mounting and balancing and road hazard. You get none of this at Clary Toyota. So instead of arguing, an argument cannot be won with dishonest people. I set up an appointment at Costco to get my tires changed today so that I do not have to let my family ride around on dangerous tires. I just wanna let you all know this before you go to buy a new car they will deceive you. You will not get what you pay for and if you're anything like my family Covid pretty much bankrupt us so you can almost guaranteed to be paying a ridiculously high interest rate even at $10,000 down. By the time I pay for this $30,000 card with the interest rate they gave me I will be paying over $40,000 for this car. As of today the DMV has either not received the paperwork or hasn't processed it yet, they could not tell me which.
