I started shopping for a Jeep Wrangler back in June. I did my research, rented a wrangler to test…read moredrive and knew the exact trim I wanted. I did my homework on purchase strategies and what to look out for during the sales process. I had numbers in hand and my Google spreadsheet (yep, nerd) ready to go. I was not looking to low ball an offer (even during COVID), but a fair price for both myself and the dealership. No games. No BS. I have the money, let's do a quick sale. It's never easy nor quick, until you find the right dealership to work with. It took a total of two months of haggling with other dealerships and no car in return. It took only a couple hours with Yakima CDJR. I wish I had found them earlier in my search. It would have saved me a lot of time, frustration and stress. I started local in CA and had to expand to WA, OR, ID, NV, AZ and UT. I was thrown what felt like every sales 101 strategy, scam, dishonesty, nickel and dime, etc. tactic. My credit was pulled twice and when it came down to the paperwork, the other dealerships would swing a bait and switch magic trick (feel free to contact me privately on who not to deal with). I can't say this enough. I was extremely happy working with Yakima CDJR. What took other dealerships multiple days/weeks of negotiation, took Yakima CDJR a couple hours to finalize. Seriously, no games. It was that easy. My salesman was James Gillum. I highly highly highly recommend working with. He was honest and upfront. James will stay in touch with you and keep you informed every step of the way. He will go out of his way to make sure things are moving along. He shipped my wrangler from WA to CA and made sure that I was comfortable. When you're happy with the deal and you can hear the excitement of the sale from your salesman as well, it's such a reassuring feeling that the entire process was great on all ends. Thank you again Yakima CDJR and THANK YOU James! I will definitely be working with you on my next purchase.

Tyler helped me get exactly the 4Runner I wanted, even brought it in from out of state. He knew his product which is made the sale smooth and easy. The service department is awesome. Dave Marshall has gone out of his way to match my schedule, expedite orders and has kept me up to date on scheduled maintenance. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Bud Clary Toyota.

I made a mistake of going back to Clary Toyota another hybrid, and I was assured that some of the…read morethings that I had talked to him about such as the crappy tire they gave a new car was taken care of, so I wouldn't have to worry about it this time I put $10,000 down on a $30,000 car 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid and I have less than 40,000 miles on the car after taking it to get the oil changed and the other maintenance crap they're supposed to do for preventive care I was informed for my wife was informed that our tires needed to be changed now remember this is a car that we bought 2025 issue I have already brought up with them on the last car I bought about the tires being crapped on a new car and to be changed before it should've been. If you go ahead and buy the cheapest, steel belt radio you will find out with the losses they have to be guaranteed for at least 50,000 miles. I normally buy the 80,000 mile tires and they usually last quite a bit longer because we only use it to go back-and-forth to work or to the store or doctors appointment. Please remember that this is less than 40,000 miles on our car and we are already having bare spots on the tire as well as the steel belt showing they quoted a price of over $1000 to replace the tires. I guess I was screwed over again because I believe what they had told me that they were not selling the same cheap tire as they did the first time to me on this brand new car. Less than 40,000 miles later after getting all the maintenance I'm supposed to get informed that the tires are dangerous and it has to be changed. I'm getting really sick of being straight over firstly, we have gotten into a place in America where everyone wants to make their fortune on the back of the working man worse than that on the back retired disabled people like me. I am a veteran and I deserve better. They didn't just cheat me they lied to me to get to trust them again my wife called Costco, Walmart, and Les Schwab to price tires. Every place that we called quoted far less then the over 1000. To get tires replaced and that was for 80,000 mile steel belted radials with mounting and balancing and road hazard. You get none of this at Clary Toyota. So instead of arguing, an argument cannot be won with dishonest people. I set up an appointment at Costco to get my tires changed today so that I do not have to let my family ride around on dangerous tires. I just wanna let you all know this before you go to buy a new car they will deceive you. You will not get what you pay for and if you're anything like my family Covid pretty much bankrupt us so you can almost guaranteed to be paying a ridiculously high interest rate even at $10,000 down. By the time I pay for this $30,000 card with the interest rate they gave me I will be paying over $40,000 for this car. All Thanks to a wonderful government who played at Covid game to steal an election and to allow people like this car dealership to cheat people every chance they get. Buyers beware I don't know where you can go to get treated fairly and to get an honest exchange for your money, but I'm still praying to God America can find his way back and at least my kids will have a fighting chance to live free and hopefully to know the America I knew as a child. I'm going to Costco to spend a little over $600 for 80,000 tires. I guess that is a thank you for doing business with us from from Bud Clary Toyota.

Used car dealer. Some are great, some not so much. The more experience you have with them, the…read moremore you know what to expect. Unfortunately, my college age son has never dealt with used car dealers before. I sent him to Bbl because they had a car on the lot that I felt was a good deal financially. They took it for a test drive, and afterwards spotted a different car and took that one for a test drive. They fell in love and decided that that was the car they wanted. Of course it cost more than my budget, but they loved it, so I told them to request a Carfax and if everything looked good I would purchase it for them. They asked about the Carfax, and the dealer told them that he had a copy and made it seem like it was no big deal. Of course, my son didn't realize that he should have looked at it in person. I pulled up the Blue Book Value based upon the information I had. The car had abnormally low mileage and for this reason, the dealership wanted to charge extra. I felt that was reasonable. Once they had purchased the car and had driven back home, I pulled a Carfax on it just to keep in my file. I could have kicked myself! Not only was the title not clean, but there was odometer fraud listed right there in big red letters. The dealer of course, had no problem selling this car to my young son who was completely clueless about the entire process. I called Nissan to see if they could find out the actual mileage from within the computer system, but the car is too old. If I lived closer to this dealer (I'm 8 hours away) I would have taken this car back in a heartbeat! Ask to see the Carfax!!

I called Robert and talked to him about the car, and he assured me what was posted on their site about the car was legitimate and that the car had been completely gone through by his mechanics. He had run a title search on the car and verified a single owner. He also assured me if there was major engine or transition issues, for example, that he would take care of them. Sight unseen, I put down a deposit as earnest money and planned to fly to Yakima the next weekend. Robert told he that he'd have someone pick me up at the airport, but that I should call that morning with my arrival information. I was met at the airport by Robert, Jr. with the car we were interested in, so I got my test drive on the way back to the lot. I later told my wife that the entire purchase process was very positive. Robert, his son, and their staff were courteous, polite, and I could tell from all of my conversations that Robert's word stands. I completely got the sense from my interactions that this is a family-run business success story (confirmed by others that I talked to in Yakima). BBL has a lot of used cars, a nice facility, and quite a few people busy working there. They buy cars from all over the west coast, and they do sell them (and ship them) to buyers out of state. The sales transaction was painless, and I was well taken care of. There was never any pressure or "slick" talk. I would recommend working with these folks. The drive home in the new car, by the way, was terrific. We got the right car from the right people.
