I was not told at any point during the process from the time I called to make the appointment & thru the entire appointment that they were doing more of an extensive diagnostic check of multiple pages they printed out for me that was $250. I was not told about the fee until after they were done with my car. I told them I was not expecting this because I didn't ask for it & they didn't show any care or seem apologetic about it. Poor customer service & unethical business practices. I've been here multiple times, but will not be coming back. A $250 charge is a lot of money to not inform your customer of until after the fact. While the more extensive check was good, I did not need it nor did I ask for it. I would've gone somewhere else if I had known about the hefty charge.

Upon arrival the appointment was not confirmed and was in quoting stage. The service manager asked what I was there for even though I went into detail with the issues I was having last week. Upon arrival I needed to authorize charges for diagnostics in the event It wasn't covered under warranty for a vehicle with 13,000 miles unacceptable the check engine light came on in Moses Lake. I rented a car to go to Sumner. Return today so that I could bring the sprinter to the Tri-Cities to deal with these clowns. Business is real simple when you just listen to what people are saying, communicate back to that person and let them know what the expectations are prior to arriving and then looking at you like you're stupid. Definitely would not recommend.

You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.
