Now this happened on a Sunday, universally understood as the worst day to get a flat as nobody is open to help and even our insurance wanted to tow the car somewhere for it to be fixed the next day. Since they are new, run-flat, and that towing option seemed like a hassle, she just extended her stay in Sunnyside for a day and resolved to pump some air into the tire, run it down to the nearest place that could repair/replace it, then come home. Thank GOD Commercial Tire was the closest place. Despite being behind a large municipal construction project which block direct street access, the folks at Commercial Tire were in good spirits and everyone greeted her, and was solicitous of her situation. They took the car back and took a look at the tire. Turns out it was a big screw. We were prepared to replace at least two of the tires but the people at Commercial Tire repaired the tire, brought the car around, and then wished my wife a happy day. No charge. It is rare enough these days to have a business so completely committed to excellent customer service, but to have the grace to just lend a hand to someone having a bad day, that's a great business and worthy of your consideration.

I will never again return to this shop. I purchased, balanced and aligned tires for my truck here…read more I was told to return if it bounced or shook at all. It did, so we returned to have them checked and rebalanced today. I was told today that they were balanced as best as possible and that my rims were bent. We leave and the truck is shaking worse than ever and can't even get it up to freeway speed without the WHOLE truck shaking. Long story short, stopped in at Les Schwab on the way home who told me Point S overloaded the weight on my tires and my rims weren't even slightly bent. Thanks for your laziness and/or incompetency Point S. 2 stars only because I'm still irritated, but we called Point S and spoke to the manager who was upset and disappointed by our complaint and said he'd take care of straightening out his employees and was willing to reimburse me for the fix at Schwab's.

DO NOT GO THERE WORST PLACE EVER !!! I made a appointment for my car because I thought what it was wrong with my car was my starter after 30 minutes i dropped it off the girl from the office called me asking why i thought the issue was the starter then she mentioned they can run a diagnose on my car to see if it was that or not well an hour later she calls me my car was ready I asked so the issue was the started she mentioned yes , when i went to go pick it up my car the same issue of my car it had so she mentioned the owner was going to come outside to my car after speaking to the OWNER he told when he heard my car he figured it was something else wrong with it that the starter was in perfect condition but he still went ahead and replace my starter and charge me $430 dollars !! I told him  the girl told me they were going to run a diagnose on it but apparently they did not what makes me so mad was the fact that the owner new my starter was not issue and still replaced it and took my money , the money i could've used to use towards what was the issue on my car !!  I would've been okay if they charge me for labor because they work on my car and be honest with me telling me it wasn't my starter and not replaced it but all they want there is to take your money !
