I made an appointment online, I was greeted by Omar, from the start I sense as if I was interrupting his day or something. I have no clue if he had a bad morning or something but the customer service that was provided to me was not professional. There was no eye contact and the manner things were explain to me I felt like I was being a bother. I went ahead and had the sevice done, after him telling me that it was only valid a week after I spoke to someone. Everyone, was very professinal and courteous, I just dont know what I did or said to make Omar treat me as he did. I just hope moving forward a better atmosphere is set in place when one walks in.
