I don't get a phone call so I show up to see if it's ready and they tell me "we were not able to do it". What!!!?? When we're planning on calling me? I'm of the opinion that this was a made up excuse since I did not proceed with the supposed repair my car needed. I took it to commercial tire and they did the alignment right away with no issues. Never received a call back. This has happened over and over again whenever we have dealt with Corwin concerning service on our vehicle. This time I did not call them over and over to get a person to talk to on the phone. I decided to try Pierre Ford in Prosser. Call was answered immediately. They offered to service the car in two days (Corwin typically would schedule weeks to months out). I had previous commitments so we scheduled for the following week. Arrived in Prosser, dropped off vehicle, recall service was performed in two hours. EVERYONE at this dealership was courteous, helpful and gave the impression they cared about my convenience. The half-hour drive to Prosser was well worth the effort to deal with Pierre Ford, rather than the ten minute drive to Corwin Ford to put up with their cavalier attitude.
