We wanted him towed home , called insurance and they talked to Andy's towing about towing my son home instead and had us pre pay, after 2 and half hours nothing , myself and the insurance tried to reach out to them , was told they are canceling!! My son has been sitting at the bottom of a mountain for nearly 5 hours , its pitch black outside and he on sir of road . I got a text from my insurance stating it would take 30-60 minutes. Andy's towing is a 2 MINUTE drive from my house. I said ok whatever, they're probably on another call. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, I called them. No answer and no space to leave a message. The time reset to 20 mins, those 20 mins came and went and nothing. I then called my insurance and informed them of how ridiculously long it was taking. My insurance then got ahold of them and told me to give it another 20 minutes. So another 20 minutes came and went and they NEVER showed up. I called Andy's towing again and they sent me straight to the voicemail that was full (ignored my call) I had my insurance cancel the request because it was passed 1pm at that point. I called The Lockshop (in sunnyside) They showed up just 12 minutes after I made my call!! I definitely recommend them instead! (Not an add I'm just very happy with the service I received from them)

It was 8 p.m. and we had no cell service. A kind stranger stopped and let us use his phone so we could contact our roadside assistance. It took quite a while as apparently there were several emergencies that night. When Tyler (our tow truck driver) finally came, he very efficiently got us all hooked up. It took some time as he had to drop the driveline. We rolled into Toppenish about 1:30 a.m. exhausted but when he went to the address our insurance company gave him, it was an empty parking lot. Toppenish is not the safest town to be in, especially at night so Tyler called his boss, Cody and asked if he could bring us to the tow yard in Granger for the night until we could arrange for repairs the next day. We stayed over and a kind Auto Zone employee brought us the truck part we needed and we got out of there around 3:30 p.m. It was really nice to see that there are still so many good people in this world.
