We were lucky they had a cancellation. They coordinated an appointment with my renters, and arrived within a couple of hours. They were very clear on how they worked and bill for the job. They were professional, reasonable, skilled, and communicative. They completed a drain issue we have been fighting for 6 months. I understand this challenge may return. I hope it does not. When the Home Warranty denied this repair, luckily I contacted ISE Plumbing. They were very quick to respond, and schedule an appointment. They also kept in contact with us regarding the appointment time and confirmation. They came out, diagnosed and fixed our problem, in less than an hour. It was not the compressor!! We are very disappointed by this company. After a good start with a valve repair, the sewer repair…read morework was handled negligently. After almost 3 weeks from when the work was supposed to be completed, we are still dealing with the inconveniences created by this job - stress and financial burden. The sewer pipe was most likely repaired, but in the process of digging a utility cable was cut, the irrigation wires were cut and an irrigation pipe was broken. All the digging was done carelessly. After a long wait for the deep trench to be back filled and living with two very big piles of dirt in the street and on the driveway, they finally got to fill back the trench. This was done without any tool other than shovels and without ant compaction. Not all the dirt was back filled. We proceeded with lawn replacement but we discovered that an irrigation splitter got broken during the backfill. After just one week, the soil under the sods collapsed. This needed to be filled with dirt and the grass replaced. Eric is a good professional, but he works with poor management and not very good helpers.
