I *WILL* say that had I been the one looking at quotes (rather than my husband) the name "Dirty Plumber" would not have necessarily deterred me but the ugly cartoon mascot painting on their company truck certainly may have! I would imagine oftentimes women are the ones who arrange their schedule to let the employee in to do the work and the "plumber's crack", actively smoking while working, disheveled grumpy looking mascot painted on their van didn't exactly paint a picture of professionalism, reliability, or safety.
