When the Home Warranty denied this repair, luckily I contacted ISE Plumbing. They were very quick to respond, and schedule an appointment. They also kept in contact with us regarding the appointment time and confirmation. They came out, diagnosed and fixed our problem, in less than an hour. It was not the compressor!! Our AC is now working again, for the price of a repair call. Great service, super knowledgeable, and honest! If you are in need of AC service or repairs, I can't recommend them enough! They are local and family owned.

After almost 3 weeks from when the work was supposed to be completed, we are still dealing with the inconveniences created by this job - stress and financial burden. The sewer pipe was most likely repaired, but in the process of digging a utility cable was cut, the irrigation wires were cut and an irrigation pipe was broken. All the digging was done carelessly. After a long wait for the deep trench to be back filled and living with two very big piles of dirt in the street and on the driveway, they finally got to fill back the trench. This was done without any tool other than shovels and without ant compaction. Not all the dirt was back filled. We proceeded with lawn replacement but we discovered that an irrigation splitter got broken during the backfill. After just one week, the soil under the sods collapsed. This needed to be filled with dirt and the grass replaced. Eric is a good professional, but he works with poor management and not very good helpers.

Finally we had to ask them to LEAVE. They did not remove our clog and had to rent a hydro-jet because they don't even have the basic supplies to do clogs. Come to think of it you would still be better off with Liquid Plumber in your house.

But this year it became clear that it was time to call in the professionals to take care of a problem I had hoped to avoid - a complete replacement of the sewer line. I was referred to A1 Plumbing, and from start to finish, they couldn't have been better to deal with. Their estimate was more than fair (and less than I had been dreading). The team arrived on time (a rarity these days). They excavated four deep holes with a care for the existing landscaping. They did the pipe bursting and connections (fascinating!). And then they put everything back together so well that it's hard to tell at first glance that they were even there. All of this they did in two days with me watching over their shoulders, asking questions about the process and taking pictures. They turned what could have been nothing more than a depressing necessity into a fascinating demonstration of skill and knowledge. No one wants to have to replace a sewer line. But if you find yourself in that position, know that the people at A1 Plumbing are the ones to call, full stop.

This is the second time A-1 has performed major work for me. Jay arrived right on time to estimate the scope of work and prepare an estimate of the cost. Needless to say, he called in advance of starting and showed up on time with all of the tools and materials needed for getting underway and jumped right on the work. He completely re-plumbed our house in three days as promised. The workmanship was excellent and in fact now gives us complete control of the water system with new components for water and waste water. He kept us completely informed what he planned to do each day so we knew what to expect with no surprises. The total estimated cost was reasonable and a fair price for the job. There were no additions or deletions needed. We got what we paid for plus. It was a pleasure to work with Jay and I would highly recommend A-1 Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work.

At the beginning of the pandemic, I messaged Paschall through Facebook and not only did they respond quickly but they also allowed me to send video and get a general idea for what we needed. I called and got a quick appointment and Matthew showed up on time. He was pleasant and FAST. The job was done and done well, in about 15 minutes AND it came in under estimate. Everything was completed quickly and better than expected. I thought perhaps we would be left with a small hole or something but it looks better than the original shower head did in its place. I highly recommend and would use them again, hopefully with Matthew doing the job.

I had another appointment that day, so I canceled and didn't bother to reschedule. They may do good work, but if they're this busy and this unreliable with communication, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
