Their price was fair and lower compared to another quote and their knowledge of the work that would be required was extensive and much appreciated. They said they could do the job on Monday so I hired them on the spot. Chris showed up promptly Monday morning and spent the day doing an extremely meticulous job on the install. Kitchen drain cost: $256 I have a pretty tough kitchen sink not always the most fun to unclog. Living on a slab makes it difficult for plumbers. I highly recommend Rich and his apprentice to resolve your plumbing issues. I noticed a pinhole leak on the piping connected to my water heater on a Friday and put out a request for an appointment to Mansfield Plumbing on Yelp. Mike from Mansfield plumbing called me within a few minutes and indicated he didn't have availability but recommended I call "Jolly Rooter". (This says a lot when a plumber is recommending another plumber when they don't have availability to take the job.) I gave Rich at Jolly Rooter a call and explained the situation, he told me he would come to look at it within the next hour and a half. I texted him a picture of the leak and he suggested I unplug the recirculating pump to slow the leak until my apt. Which definitely helped. He arrived at my house as scheduled with his apprentice and was able to fix the leak quickly and at a reasonable price. He walked me through everything he was doing as he was fixing it, which I appreciated. I was impressed by Jolly Rooter's responsiveness and overall service, especially on a Friday afternoon when other plumbers weren't available. These guys are great! We had a toilet that had a super wimpy flush and was constantly having issues. Another plumber took a look and decided it was a clogged line, so we called Jolly Rooter. Jolly Rooter showed up on time, checked the issue and determined that line was fine but the toilet wasn't working properly. Called regarding two blocked sinks. Rich was able to fit me into his schedule a few days after my call. He arrived, with his apprentice, exactly on time. And, 15-20 minutes, they were saying goodbye! Rich is GREAT.... He fixed a leak in my PEX that was dripping in the garage several years ago... Then, when the toilets started singing while the tanks were filling after a flush, and the single lever shower valve is in a different position for a comfortable shower, I knew something was amiss...
