This is a first-rate business, and my wife and I would highly recommend them. Last evening our kitchen drain clogged up and we were unable to use the sink. We also were unable to use our washing machine because of a clogged-up pipe that sent water over our laundry room. I sent out an email for help late last night and owner Rich responded first thing this morning. He said he would be unable to respond until tomorrow afternoon, but that he would send someone today if possible. True to his word, Matthew and Ruben showed up late this morning after a quicker-than-normal job and quickly diagnosed our problem. Rich Jolly is very good at communicating even on the weekends (Sunday they are closed yet he sent a message for scheduling last Sunday). I was traveling when I received Rich's messages regarding our install so after a few back and forth questions, we were ready to schedule. Once we said yes to using Jolly Rooter, they fit us in that Monday which is amazing. Chad and Ryan arrived in the designated window, were very courteous and thorough. They made sure the installation was working perfectly before handling the paperwork and had cleaned up all the packing materials from the new toilet along with removing the old one. Jolly Rooter's prices were very reasonable as this was a Toto toilet and everyone else was quoting much more for the work. Rich took the time to determine what style the toilet was and gave a lower price due to it not being a skirted toilet. No other company even asked about whether it was skirted or not, just quoted prices that were about $200.00 more. Great value for the work and excellent service. Looking for a reasonably priced, reliable plumber?? Let me help you out a bit and pass along my recommendation for Jolly Rooter. Turns out that I had hired Rich (the owner) a while back when he was with a different company. Now he has is own business and able to help people out directly. I've had a leaky bathtub faucet for some time now, and finally got around to doing something about it. Of course I went to yelp to get some quotes. I sent requests to 5 places, and Jolly Rooter was one of the quickest to respond, and the availability to come out was within reason for what I needed (aka within 1 day), as well as give me an idea of what the possible issue was over the phone. Rich came out, took a look at the faucet (actually pulled off the spout to see behind it), and was confident what could be done to fix it. A quick trip to the supply shop, and he had the drip fixed all within about an hour! yes, that included the trip to the supply shop! It's been several days now, and there is no sign of any unauthorized drops, so I consider this issue fixed. Hopefully, I dont have any more plumbing issues, but if I do, I know who to call... They came out to replace a couple of outside faucets. After they took a look, they were able to repair one of the and replace the other. As opposed to the other guys, i was given an exact price for the work instead of an hourly charge and materials and guess as to how long it would take.They arrived on time and didn't take roo long for the service. Called our favorite plumber (Rich Jolly) and he responded immediately and said he will be right over. Sure enough, he came to disconnect the WH and did some preliminary plumbing while ordering the parts for the next day installation. He found that our cold and hot was installed backwards(?!) to the WH since the house was built. No wonder we ran out of hot water so fast! This was completely unexpected and Rich was shocked too. Rich (Owner) and his coworker installed and replaced three toilets to brand new Kohler's that were supplied. They took away the old ones and were fantastic with their quality of work. All of their installation is under warranty if an issue were to arise. All new hardware was installed as well and they double and triple checked to make sure everything was in order and working properly. I had some weird stuff happening with my kitchen faucet that I couldn't figure out on my own. I called Jolly Rooter to see what they could do. They scheduled me a couple days out, then called me a few hours later to say they'd had an opening and could come out that day if I was available. They came out, told me what was wrong (I needed a new faucet) and said they'd come out when originally scheduled to install a new faucet if I went out and chose one. Owner Rich Jolly and his apprentice Adam arrived early to do the job. They were friendly and professional and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure the equipment was installed the right way. My kitchen counter had an extra hole that they offered to install a soap dispenser into for free. It didn't end up working out due to a structural issue under the sink, but I really appreciated the attention to detail and their commitment to doing the job correctly and completely. They plugged the hole to make it look as good as possible. A great experience overall and I'll be calling them back to do some work in my bathroom before too long. read more

I called asking for help on a bathroom leak. He scheduled me a week out and then changed the schedule to the next day which I had no problem with. Started the day off with water coming from the drain and knew I had to get someone out ASAP. No BS, this is really how he operates. He came out to check out the problem, was straight with me about the fact that someone had completely done a botch job on the entire kitchen plumbing assembly. I even tried to get him to do a patch job on it to save my landlord some money, but he would not have it. We made an appointment for him to come back and do what amounted to a pretty major project. He showed up on time, stuck to his original estimate even though I know it was more of a shit show that he originally thought where he had to rip out and re-pipe the entire thing, and was a top notch pro about it throughout. If you are thinking about calling someone else, forget about it. If you can't get him, it is because he is super busy due to being super good. Reviews are 100% on target. read more

Over the weekend I had water pressure issues and then noticed a small puddle forming under my water heater. I took to Yelp and sent out a blanket request to 3 plumbing companies. The only company to write me back, within minutes mind you, was Jolly Rooter. Rich is the owner and made sure I wasn't in immediate need. I told him, no it could wait, I didn't want to inconvenience him on his weekend and figured it wasn't a true emergency..? Once I mentioned the leak he addressed his concerns, sent me his blog post, and told me without a doubt he was willing to at least come by to investigate further. The bad news was I needed a new water heater, the good news was Rich let me know he could be available the following morning to install it. Plus, he mentioned he would be available anytime before then if I was worried or god forbid, it started seriously flooding. He added, "we are neighbors", like it was no big deal (he lives across town lol).. I really did appreciate Rich and his team. I have a hands-free kitchen faucet. It just stopped working and I had no water in my kitchen. I changed the batteries but no change. I called Rich at Jolly Rooter and explained my problem. He as so nice and agreed to come out that day between 1-3. He showed up about 1:30 and immediately identified the problem with my faucet and fixed it. I asked him if he would replace my bathroom faucet too "since he was here?" I had the faucet. He was happy to do it and replaced that leaky faucet perfectly. We called with a drippy kitchen faucet, they came same day between noon and 2:00, We were to,d of it's age they can not get the part in faucet, so best thing to do was to get a new faucet. Oh my where to begin, a few days ago my water heater decided that it would like to permanently stop working and bust.
