After 40 years it was time to replace our washer box, the thing the hot and cold water and drain attach to. I looked on Yelp for a plumber and found Mansfield Plumbing. I gave them a call and Mike set up a day and time to come out. He had me take a picture of the problem and said if I wanted to pick up the parts it would save him some time and be cheaper for me. Since there was only one part involved I picked it up at Home Depot. Mike sent me a text of appointment date and time and continued to keep me updated including texting me when he was on the way.
