The technician that came out, called me before heading over and it happened to be earlier than the estimated time, another nice surprise. He and another technician/trainee did a check of our system to see if there was anything wrong. He discussed all of the technical stuff with my husband and told us our system was overheating and thus short cycling. Gave us recommendations to minimize it from reoccurring, like maintaining both floors at same temp. Mentioned his relative had same issues who lives in the same community because of the way the houses were built. Will see if their recommendations help but really appreciated the quick scheduling and friendly service visit.

Six months ago I shopped around for a plumber to replace our water heater that had been out far…read morelonger than I'd like to admit, but I was finally getting it done. The company sent out a young but very knowledgeable and adept plumber out the next day, who made quick work of removing the old tank, helping me rebuild the platform that was now ruined, and installed a new tank with new piping. I was very impressed with the speed and expertise of the job! While maybe not the cheapest company I received a quote from, it was certainly not as expensive as many of the lower-rated companies, and had the quickest turnaround to my family's hot water back on. Today (six months after the new install), the release valve popped on the water heater and we lost hot water. I shut it down and turned off the water and gas, and immediately called for help. It was 4pm (and I live in Fernley). I had taken a photo, as well, and texted it to them showing exactly what to expect. By 5:15pm, there was a plumber at my door (they made record time all the way from Reno in heavy traffic on I-80!) and they repaired the faulty valve and also repaired an exhaust pipe (from original home construction) that had started bending. All under warranty from the work they had done previously for me. Again, I was very impressed, and I am 100% completely satisfied by having chosen such a reputable plumbing company!

We recently had a small leak under one of the bathroom sinks. We are on their Sierra Reward Program. So we called them on Wednesday before 5 pm. and were able to get an appointment for the following day. Now, that's customer service. The next day, they called us in the early afternoon to inform us that one of their plumbers was on the way. He arrived about 20 minutes later. His name was Alex Church. He asked to see the bathroom and to explain the problem. He took it apart and looked at all the components. Found the problem and fixed it. He informed us that we will need to replace the faucet soon. He was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He fixed our problem. I write this in hopes that his bosses see this and he gets KUDOS for his work. We are very pleased to be on the Sierra Reward Program and recommend this company.

As a plumbing company, these guys are reliable and do a good job, but I am so tired of getting…read morenickel and dimed to death when you go to pay for the work done and they're charging you a 3% to 5% service fee to use your credit card. It's bad enough they started charging travel time to and from your residence. Seems Customer Service has gone out the window and things you used to take for granted as being part of the good customer service and encouraging brand loyalty are now a charge every time you turn around. So frustrating. And I realize the cost of doing business has gone up, however, travel time never used to be a charged and credit card fees were unheard of unless you were paying your balance each month.
