Happy that this company came out right away to fix a leak in a pipe to the water heater. Our son and wife and three small kids live in the home that we own and they were without hot water the day before school was starting. And, the garage was getting flooded. We tried to do a rig on it to stop it from leaking all over to get through a day and a night but we could not wait any longer. The company we normally use did not get back right away. She told us the tech was under a home and she would try to reach him. We are not even sure if they would have come that day. We called Johnson Plumbing based on the reviews and the lady who I talked to was great and understood our situation. She said she would get back to me and she did promptly. A tech could be at the home between 2 and 4pm and he actually got there at 1:30. I made the call to them at around 11:30. The tech who came out knew his stuff and not only fixed the piped but worked on the tank to get hot water faster to the back of the home. Also, with a look at the water heater he mentioned it may not last more than a few years which is good because now we can prepare for a new one. Then doesn't take any responsibility for the work they do, and you have no recourse because you can't even find the shady and unaccountable company they dispatched to you! Buyer beware!! Johnson Plumbing responded to a call for a drain clog in the kitchen sink. I was told that they snaked the pipe and fixed the clog, but found that the pipes under sink were configured incorrectly and the garbage disposal was leaking. The bill was close to $600. Two weeks later the sink was backing up again so called and asked for the same technician. They sent out someone else who snaked the pipe again but did not fix the problem. Instead tried to charge another $100 and told me they only had a 25ft snake and I would have to call another company. When I called them to address, they told me they would look into it and call me back. After not receiving the promised phone call back, I called again. They did take off the $100 - however did not offer to refund anything else and did not offer to fix the issue. DO NOT USE JOHNSON PLUMBING - they do not stand behind or guarantee their work! read more

Unbelievable pricing, for replacing 2) 31 year old furnaces in my duplex. They arrived when they said they would, they completed a very good installation, and cleaned up all in one day. We just bought a new house and we needed a lot of plumbing work done. We called Johnson Plumbing to fix some toilets, leaks in a sink and install new faucets. They gave us a quick appointment and began the work. The plumbers were very professional and showed up right on time. I was warned by Home Depot that they have had a problem with the installation of the kitchen sink faucets that we purchased because plumbers were not installing them properly and they often leaked. We have not had one leaking problem with our faucets and the plumber stayed to make sure they were working fine with no leaks. Our house fixtures now look and work great! Jessica in the office and Johnny the plumber are awesome. This type of quality service is hard to find these days. When it comes to plumbing needs, do yourself a favor and stay away from Johnson Plumbing. Their final price came in $1345 higher than their initial quote ($4000). I tried meeting with Mike, the guy responsible for the job. He was professional and tried to explain the increase. When I asked to talk to his boss, "Joe" stepped up and immediately threatened me with a lien if I didn't pay my bill. I explained that I was willing to pay the bill but thought $1345 over the initial quote was unreasonable. After paying the bill in full that day I went to their office to talk to the owner of the company. I was told that "Joe", the one who threatened me with a lien, was the owner, and then I was even more surprised. Approximately two weeks later David from Johnson Plumbing called to apologize for the owner's comments. He also advised that Johnson was willing to reimburse me for 10% of the total cost. Although this made things a little less painful, I still paid $4810 on a job quoted at $4000. read more

Eric and his helper did an great job in installing our new jetted tub. They are professional, effective, and friendly. They came on time, brought the right parts needed for the work, and finished work within the estimated time and cost which is very reasonable. It is tricky to hire a plumber to install a new tub and new plumbing fixtures because some plumbers don't have the experience. Before calling Johnson Plumbing, we had hired another plumbing company and found out that they don't know how to install a new tub nor new plumbing fixtures and charge unreasonable price. We are thrilled to find Eric from Johnson Pluming. He knows what he is doing. He came to the job site to do an thorough exam of the project and provide accurate estimate within a few days after my phone call, and then return to do the work within in two days. We have interviewed a number of plumbers and Eric is the best. We will hire him back again to do more plumbing work. read more

I couldn't find out if they're any good or not . Never fixed my leak. Their dispatcher has poor customer service skills. Left me hanging! My appointment was at 2:30 at 3 I called, was told plumber won't be there until 6:00. At 7:30 guy knocks on my door said he can't do the job will need to reschedule me in the morning. He couldn't call me because he didn't get my phone number from dispatcher? Why the hell couldn't he call the dispatcher to get it. Instead of driving all the way to my house. I gave him my phone number. At 9:00 am next day no call back. I called and got the dispatcher, she could care less about me. Told me have to reschedule next week sometime no openings. At that moment I said forget you I'm done. I will never call them again! read more

We did a remodel in our home a chose to have a licensed plumber instal the faucets. There was a slow leak after the instal (not before) and the company said they would not warranty the work because we purchased the NEW faucets. This was not disclosed at the time of the instal.
