Love this location !!! They are ALWAYS in a good mood and it makes me in a good mood. I appreciate the warm welcome over the phone and walking through the doors. All smiles and professionals there. Every therapist I have seen here hasn't disappointed! I'm always extremely relaxed after leaving. The only down side is there's like a jazzercise class right next door so when they are in there, you can hear the lady yelling motivating words and the base of the music. But usually my therapist will have our music up loud enough so I'm able to focus on that and drift away again. I've been coming here for years. Generally find quality therapists and treatments at fair prices. Because of Covid, I have not been there for a few months. I was surprised when I was there recently and the receptionist was not wearing any mask at all, and there was none in sight for her. I find that incredibly disrespectful and a blatant display of total disregard for the health, safety, and Comfort of their customers. Shame on them for not enforcing the rules with their staff during this pandemic! Makes me question whether they take sanitation and cleaning of the facility seriously as well. Facial with Raquel. Raquel did a very nice job with the facial and included some massage on the neck and head. I also requested massage of the arms and hands, which she was willing to do. The reason for the 3 stars is because the room for facials at Simply Kneaded had no enclosed room. It had 4 walls but the ceiling was open to the rest of the building. Therefore, it was noisy and distracting and not very relaxing. The prices are low and that is reflected in the quality of the environment. read more

I've been here a few times but after yesterday's massage appointment with Charity, I had to write a review. I had the absolute best massage EVER. Charity was amazing and really worked the knots on my shoulders that have been plaguing me for weeks. She made conversation in the beginning and then got to work and it was pure skills! I arrived a few mins early and was seen immediately. I loved not having to wait. My husband and I have been going here for years. We love when they run their 3 for $99 specials. I think they went up a bit last time to $109 for 3 during the special, but still worth it. There is a bit of turn over so if you find a therapist you like just know they will likely leave. In general I haven't received a bad massage. Some therapists are better than others but I think that is a matter of preference. The salon is clean, the therapists are professional. My one complaint is that now they do the cryotherapy and the fro t desk person it the one who applies it so I have have to wait 15-20minutes for her to finish the session before I got helped. Had I not needed something that day I would have walked out. They could be loosing new customer's because of this. If that was my first experience this would be a different review. read more

I love going to Simply Kneaded! If you are wanting a spa experience with champagne, nuts, and fancy slippers, I would say pass on Simply Kneaded. If what you want is muscle tension release, this is your place to go. They have some misc adjunct therapies like cryotherapy but I tend to stick with hands on deep tissue relaxation. I have had 4 different therapists and each has had their unique style. Ramona can get deep, if you like good pain she's great. Katie is a little more traditional, able to work out some good knots. Sara's techniques are a little less traditional (which works well for me) and who I tend to see the most. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the complexity of the non-contract contract (I've never been notified of specials but reading the other posts they appear to be pretty accessible) and the equipment and set up are a little outdated. The hangers always fall off in the rooms, it feels very crowded, and I've had the head support give out on me more than once. Otherwise I love it there. read more

Simply Kneaded has very professional therapists who are able to focus on the aches and pains life brings with my active camp job. I've had a few different therapists here, but I highly recommend Stan. Also, the monthly massage plan is definitely worth it! The only minor thing There is a gym next door which play loud music and the walls are thin but the serenity music in the massage room drowns out most of the noise. I came here for a couples massage, even though it was in separate rooms I was able to relax. I came in for medium pressure, and I specified to stay away from my feet (insanely ticklish). Got neck, back, shoulders, scapula, and lower back worked on in an hour. Everything I asked for was completed, no awkward moments, was able to relax and not talk. I can't tell you how many CMT's will talk the entire time, I can't stand that. There are no bruises to see days after. I was warmly invited at the entrance, and plenty of water to drink afterwards. This place was better than others I've tried. They had easy online booking and we're able to accommodate short notice appointment. The ambiance definitely could be better. I'm big on that because I really want all my senses to be relaxed. The room was so small that my masseuse kept trying to get around the bed and accidentally kicking the table. Also I could hear everything going on outside my room. My masseuse ( cydney) was good she did what I asked her to do and believe me 9 out of 10 times that's what goes wrong. She also read my mind about the noise situation and put some soft spa music on her phone. I appreciated her ability to think outside the box to problem solve. I will be back again because the masseuse was good. Maybe the owner will make some adjustments with environment to make this place a 5 star. read more

This past weekend I went in for a massage because I had really bad muscle spams throughout my body from a variety of work and life stress. i had Jill as my massage therapist and she was probably one of the best I've had in all my years of having massages. I booked an appointment online and got Eva for the very first time. I really needed a massage and I have never been with Eva, I was all knotted up so I went with 90 minutes. I love my membership because it allows me to accumulate. When I checked in I have five massages that I need to use! I was very happy to use 90 minutes with Eva. She is only at this location on Mondays. During the massage I felt like she was reading my mind, on the areas of my back that really needed work. I have been doing the cryotherapy here and have been getting massages from Kim. Kim is the best! She is super friendly, she doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. I came in and could barely move and was in horrible pain. I was in town visiting my parents. I think going on a rollercoaster a few days prior messed me up big time! I made an appointment and the first day they were a bit hesitant to treat me due to my pain level. I am grateful they did a local cryo and a chair massage the first visit. Later that night I could already see an improvement. My range of motion was coming back. I went back for a second round of cryo and got a table massage and though some of it felt slightly uncomfortable at the time...glad I did it because I feel it made a world of difference.
