Got a massage today and it wasn't to my standards based on 3 factors. My masseuse (brandy; I think) was able to target some knots and really help. However, out of her control a wave crashing sound track that I assume was meant to calming was about 10 levels to high and threw a wrench in my relaxation. Second, I'm not sure if it was simply kneaded or the business next door but I hear a large group of people talking and laughing in the middle of my massage. Lastly, I was cold, the temperature was about the same as the outside air ( I felt I was shivering). The technique was sound but the environment was off putting. read more

Mandy is the best! For 3 days I couldn't turn my head because my neck muscles were so sore. Went for a massage to see if it'd help. Had a pregnancy massage here, I looked at the clock when we went in and we started 12 min late.(I was on time) When we finished I got off the table and there was the eye cover covering the clock! Nice trick,but we didn't even use it because I was on my side the whole time. Not to mention I am a therapist myself and that is the one of the most disrespectful things you could do to a paying guest. I am super sad to say that I just had the worst massage I have ever had. The young gal was very sweet and did ask about my pressure preference, I like it hard. But was I got was terrible Indian burns. I had to ask her more than once to use more oil and it still hurt. Also, she had a hard time finding muscle. Kept hitting bones and ribs. I will be shocked if I don't have bruises tomorrow. To top it off, the face padding on the table was so warn that I was actually hitting the wood and walked out of there looking like I had been in a car wreck. Pre-paid for a massage for my girlfriend for her birthday, when she was headed out the door she was chased down by a rude receptionist claiming she still needed to pay...causing embarrassment for my girlfriend. I remember when I was in to pay the girl stated she would add the notes that the massage was pre paid. And when I sent a photo of my receipt, my girlfriend was never offered an apology, just a simple "ok"....not exactly the first time expierience I would enjoy doing again. I came here one day because I had pulled a muscle in my neck from playing my XBox for too many hours straight (which, I'm aware, makes me a geek). The first time I popped in, there was no one at the front desk. I sat in a chair waiting for someone to materialize for 5-7 minutes, then left in a huff. Masochist that I am, I came back a few hours later. I was able to make a walk-in appointment. Best massage I've ever had. This girl was amazing and worked out a serious kink in my neck. I think it only came to about $40 for a full hour of Swedish. I feel like I should give five stars, but didn't like the fact that there was no receptionist there the first time I came in. I allow that I did just walk in there without making an appointment, but I still think someone should be at the front desk to meet and greet! read more

I have had 2 massages at simply kneaded and both have been great. It was always really easy to get in the day of, especially if you go morning to afternoon, after 5 it gets a little more booked up. I think they take walk ins if a therapist is free. You can't beat the price, 39 bucks for your first hour massage, then it goes up to $55 for an hour I believe unless you start a membership or do a special they might have or buy gift certificates which are $39 and use them on yourself. Overall a great place especially if you are like me and just want a massage and don't want to go to a full on day spa to get one. The staff is really friendly and I really liked my masseuse Paige. They offer chiropractic services as well. read more

Tony worked on me to day for 90 mins. He asked me what was bothering me today and I I told him my left shoulder was in bad shape and I do Crossfit regularly. I have to say the telling him that was a good and bad thing. Bad because I'm typically a bit of a wimp for deep massages, but it was great because he was able to work out some knots and many other bothersome spots that left me feeling much better overall. I've never had a message that when it was finished I felt light headed, much more limber, and rejuvenated all at once. I finished an OCR yesterday and now I feel like I can fun another today. Fantastic massage! Charity is one of the best therapists ever! I have Parkinson's which gives me rigidity, a twisted lower back and soreness in my calves. I have been here a couple of times. it is a samll place, not your normal "day spa,"...the simply do masaages, either chair or table massages. The receptionist Phil is very helpful and personable, and will work to get you in ASAP with a massage therapist. I have had 2 fabulous massages from Michael---he definitely has come to my rescue in times of need! Their prices are super reasonable, and they don't make you feel rushed. Keep a look out for holiday specials ( I got 3 1 hour massages for $99 at Christmas time--a smoking deal that they run throughout the year). read more

This review only based on the massage therapists and their skills. I had a massage about two weeks ago. I explained my needs to the massage therapist. I wanted a deep tissue massage focusing on specific area. Well it was apparently within a few minutes that my request will not be fulfilled. Now I understand that not every therapist can do deep tissue massage; however at least make the massage flow and relaxing. So I brought my disappointment to the front desk, she handled professionally and I was offered a complimentary massage from someone who supposed to be one of the best therapist who knows deep tissue. So I said yes and made an appointment. Well let me tell you if this is the best therapist they have than they should be out of business! The massage was choppy, I felt like I was dry rubbed like a piece of meat, and she hit my spine with her elbow like three times! Once again my needs and request to focus on only the specific areas were ignored! I know most people use this place because of the price but end of the day you get what you pay for poor quality of massage! Won't be returning ever! Tip for the owner please send your therapist for a workshop so they can learn something new! read more
