Mei is a hidden gem in this shopping center. She is so friendly and professional. I have been here twice now for a foot massage for my plantar fasciitis and both times I have walked out of there better than before, and my feet feeling renewed. She definitely takes care and time of ensuring she is thorough which I appreciate as I never feel like she's in a rush to finish. The atmosphere is quiet and calming that for the duration of my appointment I can fully relax and enjoy the massage. She does offer other types of massages which I have not had the chance to try but hope to soon. I've been living in the Temecula area just over a year and my spouse and I have tried maybe 6 massage places, this is the best quality massage we've had so far. We got a 60 min couples massage- me deep tissue with strong pressure and he Swedish with medium pressure. They were running a special, it was $100 total, a very, very reasonable price. The massage therapists were amazing, impressively strong, great consistent pressure, and knew just where to dig deep. The Thai massage component was also fantastic though me and my girls felt a little exposed at first, I got over it. I'd have given it 5 stars but.... the massage tables were not great. The face hole is small and uncomfortable and I don't have a particularly big face. I'm a petite person. The table wasn't heated, which isn't a deal breaker, but it meant the experience was a little on the cold side. The warm towel massage component was an amazing treat, though. Also, a knee support pillow would've been nice. read more

Try at your own Risk.... Noticed this place as I pulled in the parking lot on my way to the Nursery to purchase some rose bushes for my wife. Decided to give it a try after working long hours all week. Got a massage here & the masseuse injured my upper back, I couldn't lift my left my arm the second day. I've only been here once, so I'm not sure about other masseuses, but mine seemed not trained at all I'm not willing to ever give this place another try after my experience, By far my worst massage experience ever. I've been to many other places in the area and always pleased with the techniques and service, I'm a truck driver now I'm going to be off from work until I heal from the pain. Hands Down the Best massage I've ever Had. Mei is tinny but she is Mighty. The Yoga massage is my favorite. It's a mix between Massage, Stretching and Chiropractic. I have been going to Sunshine Health for a weekly massage for a couple of months now. Mei is incredible! These are the best massages I have gotten in the area. I carry my stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. I also have a lower back injury, and she has been consistent in reducing the pain and tension in all areas. You also can't beat the price- 1 hour for $60 (but they have a $10 coupon from Sept through Dec of 2022. They have Swedish, Deep Tissue and Yoga massages. I highly recommend this place. read more

Mei is incredible! She really helped my sciatica problem - powerfully combining the art of massage with the science of body physics. She skillfully removed knots from my muscles and mobilized my joints. My sciatica pain level was greatly reduced afterwards and had a good night's rest for the first time in several weeks. My chiropractor was amazed at my improved mobility after a session with Mei. Her massage was clearly the best I've ever experienced at age 70. I can be a difficult person to please when it comes to massage. My profession demands a very deep tissue with intention ! My regular guy retired out of the businesses 2 years ago and I've been looking high and low every since! Well to day I found my new massage therapist Sunshine. I wasn't to sure when I pulled up to the location, I'm from the area and have never noticed this particular building. As soon as I walked in I was greeted & given a simple form to communication my needs, medical issues etc. The place was clean and well presented. Sunshine began her treatment and after a 90 min service, I am a new woman! She's got a regular customer with the me, and I scheduled my husband a service aswell! On a scale of 1-10 she absolutely gets a 10! I can't explain how happy I am to find this place! If I had to give a heads up on something, the room is not sound proof, however I honestly don't care shes a miracle worker. read more
