This studio is so amazing and really is for everyone. They offer a variety of classes including Barre, HIIT, Melt, various hot and not hot yogas, trapeze yoga, and more. I feel like this is a completely judgement free, neutral, "normal" studio and I feel really supported and comfortable here. I go to a bunch of classes and after I had gone for only three weeks saw a major improvement. The instructors are super nice and I felt comfortable asking for advice and help. I got my neighbor to join as well and she loves it! I've been here for a couple months now and look forward to my classes every week. I go to both the Bonsall and Fallbrook locations. The website/schedule is easy to view, easy to book, and they have a kids yoga on Sunday that my kids love!!! I can't even think of one negative thing about this place, seriously. read more

I've been coming to the studio on and off since the fall of 2015. I've taken the Gentle Yoga during the AM and Heated Yoga during the evening and mornings. During one of the Friday Summer Nights Fest, my husband and I stopped in the studio and met the owners Lee and Reyna. They were friendly and kindly gave us a tour of the studio and filled us in with info about their studio and their goal. The place is very clean, and organized. They do offer props free of use, with yoga mats there is a small fee. They also have some yoga merchandise available at the front. Sage has great sessions to offer so check them out. Also, if you download the MINDBODY app you could prepay and sign-in for your session. Come in and check the place out, you will find the friendly staff ready to help you. My rating is not based on taking an actual class. A friend invited me to a 5:30 class and I was very excited aboutit. First bad experience, you have to pre register for any class, fine, but a while back I had taken a one time goat yoga class so was already in their system, however, the password I had saved was not working. I tried resetting it twice then registering separately for walla, their new password system and had to call to even get signed up for the class. Once registered there was no warning in my receipt email or by the employee who helped me that if you are at all late, you could get locked out. Before this 5:30 class we had a long driven back from LA and got to th door at exactly 5:35 (also in part because we we had to park and wait for the light to cross the street). I was late, however I would have been more careful to get there early had I known that was a possibility. So $20 bucks wasted on absolutely nothing. I love to support small and local businesses but this was a genuinely disappointing experience. If you do try them out make sure you are there early. read more

This is by far my favorite yoga studio that I have ever been to. They're are so welcoming and warm as soon as you come in the door. They have classes for expert yogis and beginners alike. Vanessa is my personal favorite, her classes are always a great work out. She brings new and fresh stuff into each class while allowing you to go at your own pace. I love Sage Yoga Studios. Love. Love. Love! I've been coming here since they opened last year but I only really started actively coming 4-5 times a week in the last 6 months. The range of classes and styles is so great, they have low impact and meditation classes all the way to heated vinyasa with weights! I love the hot classes, they're calming and meditative while still getting a killer workout! (No bikram or bootcampy vibes). All the instructors are very nice and will help you with a posture and answer any questions you have, no one here has a negative or snooty attitude. The studios are always clean and they lock the doors during class so you can trust that your stuff is safe and secure. They also do teacher training and other cool workshops! I am visiting San Diego from the DC area and needed to "get my yoga on," so I took Leslie S.'s Yoga Fundamentals class today, 4:00 PM Wed. Oct 19. This one of the best yoga classes I have ever taken. Leslie focuses on the basics of alignment, which is key for minimizing "boo-boo" injuries and maximizing the benefits of yoga: mind-body-spirit. She is a true yoga professional. I never thought I'd be into yoga but i decided to give it a try since 1st time members get unlimited mat classes for a month, only for $39. Since having my 2nd baby boy this mama needed some relaxation, stress free, time to myself and to get my body looking good. 1st class i fell in love with Sage and i was HOOKED! I took advantage of the unlimited classes and went 3x a week and even asking my husband to come home early cause mama needs her yoga fix! Haha The instructors are amazing, you feel cared about and develop a friendship with them. I seriously can't get enough! The owners Reyna and Lee are fabulous people. They have so many classes to choose from to fulfill everyones needs and wants. Ive been a member for 4 months now and its the best decision I've made to take care of myself and have some fun with other members and the instructors. LOVE LOVE LOVE SAGE YOGA STUDIO!! I came to Sage with zero yoga experience a few months back. I took my first class with Sandra. She's a wonderful and gentle instructor. I just loved my class with Sandra and said to myself, "Where have I been all these years?!" All the instructors at Sage are passionate about their practice and have such diverse experiences that the yoga never gets boring! Janel's Heated Fusion class is a must; Reyna's Sculpt with Heat is a killer; Nancy's Svaroopa is just divine; Anne Marie's MELT and Sabrina's Heated Candlelight...sooo awesome! Trapeze? Crazy fun! I have an unlimited monthly membership so that I can practice whenever and as much as I want. ...it's a great deal and such a comfortable studio.
