She makes you feel really comfortable and knows how to push and help each individual person she teaches. I paid for services they did not honor per their agreement. This club does not value customer service, in any capacity. The first class I took with the lead instructor was not great. I being a beginner needed some guidance and the instructor was not helpful in any capacity. When I requested help, I got an eye roll & I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. Moving forward to booking additional classes as time progressed every class I attempted to book was always full . Granted it is a smaller studio and the parking is also very limiting which is also discouraging. After working out at other studios and gyms that they are much more accommodating and helpful then Club Pilates. Club Pilates in San Marcos is not worth the money at $30 a class. I also get a much better workout at other studios and gyms that are less. I asked to get a refund on the remainder of my class package I purchased and was told to go to other locations that are not convenient for me.
