Years ago I was searching for a workout that was both challenging and showed me results. I was never a big fan of the gym and as a mama of young kiddos I wanted to feel and be strong. I am so thankful to have found Lagree and Versa Fit! I love the 45 min Lagree class, I've found it's the perfect time frame for a workout. Highly recommend this studio!!! 250+ classes later and I still genuinely look forward to my Lagree and Versa Fit classes after work! It's such a good way to decompress after a long day, and I always leave feeling challenged, strong, and like I got a really good workout in! Super challenging classes (always), fun music and a great workout for your whole body. Lagree is a very individualized and personal form of exercise, so, if you're looking to interact with other people during class, it's not that type of vibe. What a great studio filled with great people -- the staff and the members all seem genuinely happy and form a great community. Love that they offer both Lagree (core strength) and Versa (cardio). I came for Pilates, but learned that Lagree is not technically Pilates. And there are definitely differences, but honestly there are lots of overlap too. While I enjpyed Lagree, I now know that I'm definitely a classical Pilates lover. I only took one Versa class, but it was so fun and definitely a calorie burner. Again, while I enjoyed it, I prefer to get my cardio outside. Thoroughly loved this space and the people in it. Everyone should try their two week trial for $49! read more

I was nervous switching Pilates to lagree since I have hear so many good things about it. Also heard that it is harder than Pilates. Not only are these workouts challenging and fun, every single instructor looks like I aspire to look after I continue to come here for my mental health. They also have tons of awesome price point packages to get you in the door and loving it. Everyone has such an awesome encouraging and up beat attitude and it makes me looking so forward to the gym!! I can't wait to go to the gym!!! The facilities are also super clean and minimalistic which make it great for working out, clear head. I was super nervous since it was my first time doing any kind of Lagree/reformer class, but I started with two intro classes before diving into the regular classes and Andrew & Christine were both great! It kicked my butt! After just a few classes I'm feeling stronger already! I tried Versa too. 1st class I thought I hated it and could barely keep up, BUT I tried it again and it got so much better. The pricing for Lagree is actually not bad at all compared to other places in the area. I loved how they have a $10 first class and $50 week 2-week unlimited. The strategy worked because now I'm debating on committing to an unlimited membership! Overall I love the location (I've been able to get in my walks by the ocean before class). Love the vibes of the studio. Don't feel like I'm being judged for taking a break when I need to and the corrections from instructors I've gotten are brief and helpful. This studio is amazing!! I just moved to the area this year and have been trying to find a fitness studio. The versa classes seemed intimidating to try, but the instructors were so nice and welcoming, I forgot all about being nervous! The Lagree machines are easy to learn how to use and the instructors are very good about walking around making sure you're doing the movements correctly and using the machine correctly. In both classes, the instructors provide examples for how to moderate the moves so no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can still get a great workout in! Overall, the studio is so cute and the staff is very friendly. I haven't tried the sauna/cold plunge yet but I plan to! They do a great job with giving incentives to take more classes/work towards your fitness goals. read more
