Amber was amazing at walking us through everything and we had a great workout. Some of us were beginners and some had tried a time or two before. We all enjoyed the workout. Pilates Co has literally been LIFE CHANGING for me and I really wish I would've started sooner. Heads up this is going to be a long review. I did not know what Pilates was. I just thought it's an exercise that Jennifer Aniston does and she's obviously in great shape. So as much as I wanted to try Pilates, there was this intimidation factor that I was too out of shape. I've taken fitness classes before and I just had trouble keeping up. I am glad to report Pilates is the opposite. If you are out of shape or recovering from an injury, reformer Pilates is really a great place to start. I finally decided to just go for it and signed up for their new client special 4 classes for $45 mid October 2025. I've been having sciatica pain since my first pregnancy in 2012 and just have had it ever since. It flares up more during the time of the month. I went to physical therapy in the beginning of Oct 2025 and thought you know what I'm just going to sign up and try Pilates. I am so glad I did. I started going once a week with Julee Flores as my instructor. She is so nice and helpful. Actually everyone at Pilates co is. I didn't know about grip socks so I didn't show up with any my first time but it was ok. So just a heads up, bring grip socks. If you don't, they do sell their own cute ones and they are good quality! It will run you about $20 though. If you are brand new, the instructors always check in and ask if you have any injuries or limitations. They then offer modifications if needed. The instructor walks you through step by step and will come over to help you if you need it or if you ask for help. While you do everything as a class. You're on your own individual reformer so you can still go at your own pace. The instructors will encourage you and they won't ever make you feel bad for taking a break or needing to modify. You do what is best for YOUR body so no pressure to do what your neighbor is doing. There are different levels. If you are newer or beginner, you will want to sign up for their reformer 1. Then there's all levels which would be for when you've done reformer 1 for a while and are familiar with the reformer and cues. There is an athletic reformer, barre and reformer 2 class. Lastly, my favorite class stretch and restore. I love going to stretch and restore atleast once a week to foam roll out my muscles. I just feel so relaxed afterwards. It may not be the same for everyone, I've heard that it can be painful for some. There are three different locations you can go to once you sign up because they are all owned by the same owners who you will see teaching classes and taking classes. It's really cool because both the owners are so nice so it makes sense that their studios are just like them. They have great taste too! The studios are clean and calming with neutral colors and plants. It's really become my favorite place to be. After each class I just feel great. I don't feel so sore that I can't do anything. The classes work out your whole body and I love that you get mini stretches throughout. The instructors teach you mind body connection and after each class I just feel physically, mentally and emotionally better. Then there is Danielle Weatherly who is amazing. I walked into her class and she immediately could tell what I needed help with just by looking at me. She recommended that I take one private one on one so that she could make recommendations based on where I was at that I could make in class. That way I when I came to class I could be more effective. I thought yea that sounds great. I wasn't sure what to expect when I came for my private. She started by assessing my range of motion and then went over different exercises I could do at home that would help me. Danielle went over modifications that I could do during class while I worked on building up my strength to do certain exercises that way I wouldn't accidentally injury myself from not know what I was doing. Yes She even emailed me everything we did with the exercises and everything after our session. I was so impressed and just thought wow that was so helpful and she really didn't have to do all that. I have never felt pressured or felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I have always felt like they were genuinely trying to help me get better and become my best self. I am so appreciative of everyone there. For example there will be times when instructors like Ashley who is just an amazing human will be in a little early because she's taking the class after mine. She knows me and knows that I have sciatica pain. She will just come over even though she's not working and help me! Ashley is great to take if you are a beginner or recovering from an injury. She is so helpful and supportive. Her classes are always booked and hard to get into but totally worth it when you get in. Whenever I'm off work, I try to schedule in advance so that I can get into Danielle and Ashley's classes. read more

Signing up for classes initially can be confusing, and the waitlist is a little bit hard to manage. With that said, once I figured out how to schedule in advance, it became much easier to come up with a routine. My first official class was with Danielle, and she was lovely and made me feel really comfortable despite my lack of experience and injury. She was so sweet, and checked on me throughout the class. I was really self-conscious, but she put me at ease. read more

It's okay for fast paced group classes. Might be tough for a Pilates beginner. Prices are in line with other reformer classes but--this is Body Balance NOT Stott Pilates. Difference in reformers and overall approach. Still, decent instructors, not a lot of correction or spotting form mistakes which is why 4 stars. This studio is clean, bright, and minimalistic. The instructors are super sweet and welcoming. They ask about any injuries as the class begins so they can make accommodations individually. The pace is moderate and easy to follow along. I appreciate that they give you slight modifications to make things easier or harder depending on your preference. Pilates is a fantastic workout and the Reformer allows you to work muscles that are hard to target. If you want buns of steel, Pilates is your best bet! 10/10 would recommend this studio! read more

Pilates pilates Pilates. How did I live w out it for so long. I started maybe 7 weeks ago. I am addicted. I go everyday, and I seriously didn't think I would like it the way I do. I had all sorts of misconceptions. "It's not a real work out" "I'm not flexible enough" "it will be boring" wrong wrong wrong. Teachers are sooooo good (Miss Daniel woot woot) patient and helpful. Levels for everyone. And it's helped my flexibility immensely. If you are on the fence about where to start w your fitness, start here. And the ladies who attend are all ages, shapes, and races. So don't feel like your waking into a one size fits al studio. That's not the case. Everyone is sweet even attendees. AND they have a free class to try for first time guests. Oh and last thing... the other Pilates studio asks for almost twice the amount per session. Pilates and co are way more affordable and nicer studio. read more

I always wanted to try Pilates. I never thought I would be able to do it because I have had 4 lumbar surgeries, including a spinal fusion, & also a surgery to repair a fractured femur, and......I am in my 70s. A friend gave me information on the Pilates Company, Temecula. Because I'm new to Pilates, I felt it would be best to begin with a few private sessions - not only to learn about the reformer & exercises, but to gain an understanding of correct form & alignment. What a difference a few months has made!! I began by taking private sessions with Danielle. I cannot express the appreciation I feel for her as an instructor. In each of our private 50-minute sessions, she evaluated me (how my body felt that day), checked out my alignment, taught me the importance of attention to form, breathing correctly, balance, adapted the exercises for me as needed, yet still making it challenging, and - always in a positive manner - motivated me to keep going. Pilates has done wonders for the health of my body, especially my spine - in core strength, flexibility, balance & stretching. I am able to do Level 1 classes now and I'm so grateful to Danielle for getting me there! She is a brilliant teacher, extraordinarily knowledgeable in anatomy/kinesiology, warm and welcoming, with a sincere & genuine interest in each individual. Heard about The Pilates Co. when the owners went to a Chamber event at St. Jeanne's. I did a trial class the first time, and I loved it! The instructor, Leah, was great, and it was easy to follow along throughout the workout. I decided to take advantage of the new client special- 4 classes for $45, and returned for the second time today. The instructor was Shannon, and she was awesome, as well! What I love about The Pilates Co. is that the instructors have been really nice, and the workouts are not the same. Also, the class sizes are not so big that you get lost in the shuffle. They also take time to see if anyone needs modifications for the workout, which is so important to prevent possible injuries!
