This review is overdue. I'm completely new to Yoga and found this place a couple of months ago. Never having attended a Yoga class, being a guy, and with the majority of the clientele being women, I didn't know what to think and I was quite nervous before attending. I was also afraid of what would happen if I didn't do the poses correctly and "flow" with the class. After attending the evening yoga flow class on Mondays for about 4 months, I really like this place. Never did I feel lost in the flow with the class. I was able to learn the yoga poses without feeling intimidated or embarrassed. Amanda is a great instructor and if she does do a slight correction to your poses, she does it gently without making you feel bad. I love how Amanda says that Yoga is your practice, and you cannot compare your practice with others. I also love how she shares her nuggets of wisdom toward the end of the class. Lo is also amazing too. She subbed for Amanda for 1 class when she was out. Despite the clientele being women, I never felt excluded by anyone there. Of course, it is natural to feel out of place at the beginning for me, but now I enjoy coming to here every Monday night. read more

The Yoga Barre is amazing! I've had the chance to take 4 different types of classes with different instructors and each one is just as great as the last! I was intimidated to try hot yoga for the first time but Nicole is so great at making me feel comfortable and confident. She has a beautiful energy that makes you happy you woke up and drove in the rain to sweat your butt off. You can move at your own pace and push yourself when you feel ready. Her playlists are a definite plus and she always has me leaving with a smile on my face and a positive outlook on the day. Today I tried Barre Blast with Sierra and it was killer! I love having the option to have a more relaxed workout or one with higher intensity depending on my mood. I was definitely feeling the burn! Sheri at the front desk is so lovely and always so helpful! I've been recommending the Yoga Barre to everyone I know and feel like it's well worth it! The environment feels clean, safe and friendly. They provide you with yoga mats if you need one, fresh water so you can stay hydrated and weights etc.! You just need to show up with a towel and enjoy the experience. I absolutely love this yoga studio. The instructors make it feel like home with their sweet demeanor and desire to get to know you. I have been going to this studio since February and have never had anything other than a very positive experience. Every class is fun and challenging. You will never have the same class twice because they are always switching things up. Each week you will focus on a different part of the body or technique, which I absolutely love! The instructors show you how to do each position so you're getting the most out of your workout and not injuring yourself. The classes are so therapeutic by sweating out your stress and also how to turn fears/negative thoughts into positive ones. This is a unique and special place. I will never go there again. The owner only thinks of herself and very stuck on herself. I went there for yoga bar . The room was so hot and when asked if could open door the answer was NO. I never signed up for hot yoga bar!!!! read more

I LOVE this place!! I've been going for about 8 months and my husband said I'm in better shape now than when we got married! They offer a variety of great yoga classes, but my personal fav are the barre classes! Such a great workout to get you toned! All the instructors are amazing! I love this place !!! When I leave town for a vacation I miss being at The Yoga Barre ! Maybe I'm addicted but I always feel supported and encouraged when I attend class. This place is excellent. I'm a beginner and my friend that attends the classes with me is more advanced. The instructors are great to help me with modifications as a beginner. My yoga fluent friends love the classes too and we all leave the studio equally sweaty and satisfied. This studio is always clean and always smells so good. (Unlike some hot yoga studios that always smell swampy) I also appreciate that they provide freshly laundered towels. And there are extra yoga mats if you forget yours or don't have one. read more

I am so excited to have found this beautiful new studio!! I have been searching for years for an amazing yoga studio that is close to me, and I've finally found it. The staff is incredible, facility is extremely clean, and well ventilated with a special air system that purifies the air, so you never breathe in stale or old air.
