Joey came out and was very professional. He gave a very competitive quote and we decided to go with Simply Gutters but we were still in the process of painting our house. Joey put us on the list for a future install date. As the install date approached I called Joey to advise him the painter would not be done by our appointment date. I also advised him the house colors had changed. Joey said no problem. He moved the install date and came back by to match the new colors for the gutters. Joey did a beautiful job on the rain gutter installation. The colors are an excellent match and the gutters are almost imperceptible. He also cleaned under my solar panels and eaves and put mesh wire around them to keep the pigeons out. He even took the time to make sure the mesh wire was painted to match the locations he put it up. Very professional and thoughtful about the quality of his work. He has even promised to check on us after the first rain to ensure that everything is working as intended. Andrea, in the office is equally professional. Joey came out and gave us a quote and then ended up putting gutters on our home. He was so respectful, hardworking, and professional during the whole process. We had an error with the sprinklers hitting one of the down spouts (our fault for not measuring correctly) and he came right out and fixed the issue at no charge 2 days later. Joey at Simply Gutters did a great job in installing new gutters on our home. He followed all Covid guidelines and wore a mask during the quote, as well as during the install. Joey was "low pressure" when providing the quote, and even encouraged us to get with other companies before making a decision. I liked his approach and even though other quotes we received were slightly less ($30), I had a good feeling about him and suspected he was honest and hard working, so I decided to go with him. I couldn't be happier as he did a really great job with the install. I also appreciated the time he took to ensure the placement of the water down spout was in an inconspicuous area and also would not lead to flooding. First rain came and the gutters worked perfectly. A bit disappointed with their service. We scheduled a time/date in mid October, I choose the color, downspout, and options, and had a team (headed by Craig not Joey) show up at my home. This went quick, so kudos...BUT...once at my home, they could not do the job. I've tried to reach Joey, asked to have them reschedule the work, but they've failed to reply.
