When I decided to move across the country coast to coast, I couldn't think of any other option. It started off in October when we sold our house & had to get rid of half of our house. Genmove did the Junk Removal service to get rid of our headache. As we ended up selling our house early, Genmove picked up our stuff & kept it in storage for 2 months. On getting possession of our new house, we informed Genmove & they expedited the shipment & we got it in 5 days! We just received our stuff. Johnny & his crew were excellent & moved the items safely & set them up perfectly. They were very careful & worked really hard. Thanks to Guy & Genmove team in executing our move flawlessly. Highly Recommended.

My wife and I used Charles Moving & Storage in August of 2013 and they were fantastic. The men who…read morecame to our house to move us were polite, professional, uniformed employees who arrived exactly on time. They treated our possessions as if they were their own - with respect and total care. In addition, they took the time to carefully protect floors, carpets and walls in both the old house and the new one so nothing would get damaged. The time it took to do the job was exactly what they had estimated. There were no hidden charges. I'd recommend them to anyone. Ed F

I found another number, and left 3 messages. Eventually someone called my back saying the message had gone to his cell phone and he wasn't in the office. He said he would text me to get more info when he was. That was on Friday July 3rd. By the following Wednesday I had still heard nothing, so I called the number that he had called back on. I left another message. Have still not heard back. I have now found another moving company

Junior returned my call within 20 minutes very early in the morning and had someone to my house within hours. They looked at the line and recommended our sewer stack be descaled as build up over time likely contributed to the problem. The team came back at a later date and descaled our sewer stack and jetted our line out to the street. While the sewer line presented unexpected challenges, Sabra had all the specialized equipment needed and kept at it till it was done right. Junior kept me updated throughout the process and stood by the original estimate given. While I hope you never need a drain and sewer company, I can't recommend Junior and the folks at Sabra enough! THANK YOU!

We get so many lines that clog with grease and wipes that having them come in on a schedule has saved us from so many emergency calls. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!"

None was done. When I lifted up rugs it was still filthy. It was as if they pushed around things. Some mirrors still spotty. Unfortunately I was rushing out to thoroughly check but wouldn't imagine it would be like this. They came back the next day to complete the basement but even that not up to par. Just cleaned some surfaces but left many untouched. I'll be asking for a full refund but if not I definitely would NOT recommend as now I have to pay for another cleaning surface.. very disappointing & a huge waste of money. When I tried to dispute they had the audacity to make it seem like I came late never mind I complained the next day professional and only asked for gratuity. Definitely my fault, however after coming from vacation (no service) I tried to continue to get a refund and he refused and used my 4 days away against me and made it seem like the dirt resurfaced never mind the fact that the images are dated the next day of service. I was put through a dispute portal on thumbtack and he continued to minimize me and offered .01 cent. The belittling and lack one consideration is what made matters worse. They do not service quality clients

They were both polite, thorough, and finished within the estimated time frame without missing any areas or cutting any corners. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

The office clerks were caught in the middle. After reaching my limit of frustration the owner acting as if I was wrong for complaining about the terrible customer service. When it the carpet finally came and we opened the roll, it was the wrong color. Again, I called them back and they tried to make me believe that I chose a color that doesn't match with anything i we already have. Again, the customer was wrong and they were right. Only Because our reopening is in 3 days I had no choice but to go ahead and install it. I have $2500 worth of carpet that I didn't want or order. I will NEVER use this company and strongly advise anyone that is connected to me not to use them either. The pricing was ok, but everything else was horrible. I would have done better going to HomeDepot or Loews.
