I've contacted numerous other mill work companies and did not get the same warm and safe feeling as I did when I contacted Custom Lotus. I explained to a gentleman by the name Bernard that I was in need of 2 closets and a kitchen with pantry. He came to the apartment and explained what my options were. I generally don't have a vision but when he was explaining what can be done, I knew right away what he was talking about and how it would look. Bernard made the entire process so easy and seamless The process took about 6 weeks and I had my insanely gorgeous kitchen and 2 incredible closets installed! I wish my entire renovation was as easy and seamless as my process was with Custom Lotus!

Very sloppy and careless and not at all what a signature experience with a long shipped delay should entail. They are Kohler and sell Kohler exclusively so it's really unacceptable. Also this is the first Kohler toilet we ever purchased that didn't include a seat for the package/price. Frustrating that a storefront would make this kind of hassle when online everything is destroying any physical locations. Whats the point of a salesperson or Kohler expert if the customer has to carefully triple check everything so you don't need to run around in a panic finding a seat so you don't fall into your new bowl... Had we ordered elsewhere everything would have gone better and cheaper and we wouldn't be bowl seat hunting on our one day off.

I am very happy with my decision to use Affordable Interior Design and with Stephanie, the designer…read moreI worked with. First, the design questionnaire was excellent - especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about interior design. It was able to identify my design preferences by showing different living rooms and asking which ones were to my liking. In addition, its questions served as a great preparation for the home visit, so Stephanie came well prepared for our meeting. Stephanie was very creative, professional, and helpful throughout the process. When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. I get nothing but compliments about my place (even from my Architect friend who is quite stingy with design related complements...). Well done Stephanie! As to the cost-effectiveness of the service - had I done this process myself (even with friends help), I would have surely spent more time, more money, getting worse results. Finally, the service was well structured and transparent. Good stuff overall.
