Requiring a 75% deposit on materials and labor before you order is unacceptable. If it was just 75% of materials I am good with that. You want a deposit on the labor as well before you even order the goods. Then you take my credit card information and deny the order! You tell me you can't get paid at the end of a job. Must be a problem with the job. Good luck in your business practices.

I have a $40k receipt and horrible installation job to prove I was a customer. Another one star…read morereview was removed, they make the customer sign an agreement to remove bad social media posts in order to get some money off the bill for damage they cause to your home during installation, when it shouldn't happen to begin with. I wish we listened to that review before it was removed and stayed away. They seem nice enough when you start a project but as soon as they have your money it's like pulling teeth to accomplish the job. Months of no shows, no answering calls, incomplete or wrong ordering, no reply to emails. I took days off of work because they say they will come and they don't show up!! The apathetic owners don't speak with the workers who schedule appointments to complete work and don't show up. When they do show up, they treat your home as if it is a construction site, they damaged so many things in our home; just the worst experience we have had with contractor!

Please avoid using Bedrosian at any cost. I dropped off a rug that had bad staining. I knew the…read morestains would not come out completely, but I was assured they would at least sanitize it. I picked up the rug a few weeks later (knowing the stains would still be present which I was okay with) and it had a white grainy substance embedded into the fibers as well as larvae. My best assumption is that the grainy substance is the dry cleaning chemicals they used. The larvae? No clue what they are. The rug was infested. I tried vacuuming the larvae and the powdery substance out which resulted in holes. The rug was destroyed and I had to throw it out. Upon throwing it out, I saw the tag Bedrosian attached and the measurements were completely off by more than a foot both length and width wise. Seriously? They can't even pay enough attention to measure a rug correctly? Go ANYWHERE other than here.
