I have Multiple Sclerosis so safety was a major concern. We discussed the length that I would feel comfortable walking and dancing. The material was a very delicate lace. The second dress for the same occasion but the material was a silky texture. She suggested a change for the front portion of the collar. Her input was appreciated. I had lost weight and with the suggestion she made was something I would never thought was possible. I went to pickup the dresses. I was nervous, not sure that it would fit well. I was extremely excited when I tried on the first lace dress. She adjusted the zipper that I had trouble closing. It closed without any problem. The length of the dress was perfection. She is a true professional. The second silky dress was unbelievable. The front collar was very subtle and classic, exactly my style of dressing. Irene made me and my husband very comfortable. Her business is extremely busy nevertheless Irene made me feel like a priority. Here staff is efficient and everyone is greeted immediately and helped with their specific needs. I was referred to her from the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase of my dress. E.g. I paid $8 for a hem, she charges $16 for the same brand of jeans but in a different color. Fixing the back of a blazer costs $20 and Irene charges $45. I used to bring my clothing here bc I lived nearby and suspected I was paying more. I now go to a tailor in Short Hills and paying less for the same quality of work.
