They consistently got back to my queries immediately and picked up and delivered the chair they upholstered for me promptly, in fact, they had my chair ready and delivered it earlier than expected! The chair looks great - like new (and it had been pretty rundown). The price was fair and certainly more reasonable than the other quotes I received, in addition to being paired with more courtesy and service orientation. Shirley S.

As soon as I walked in, the only store employee who was working at the time named JANE did not greet me at all. She showed poor customer service and was not able to help me with what I needed. When I walked over to where she was standing she failed to greet me again as a customer, and never said anything such as "How May I help you?" Once I finally got Jane's attention she just stared at me...so I proceeded to let her know the reason why I'm visiting the store was to find a beige colored piece of fabric to patch up a mark I had on my coat. The first thing Jane told me was "we don't have that type of material." She didn't bother to look at my garment or offer to assist me in finding something similar. She then proceeded to tell me "you can look around yourself." I almost walked out of the store due to her lack of customer service. I was honestly disgusted by her attitude and how rude she was. Jane, I hope you learn how to have basic customer service skills one day because your service was awful towards me.

But it seems the company is under new ownership. My more recent job with them was subpar. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame me for misusing the item. The item was a diner booth bench. I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

Prices are high for a well done job, small business...owners- family run, so expect to pay! They do charge for pick up and delivery.. I live 4 minutes down the road and feel when the job is that close to the showroom there's no need to charge... I picked up myself when chairs don, and saved a bit of money. Also was hoping to get all small fabric scraps from what I ordered returned to me as per my initial request since I do "fabric art" but they kept or tossed the scraps.
