I really wanted to to hire CA Tile & Granite to install Cambria Quartz as my new kitchen counter…read more "Pavel" (came to my home to measure) and "Rosemary" (helped me choose color in office) were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The price was within my budget, but was still weighing 3 bids. When I delved down the details - per the Cambria Warranty, the material needs to be installed by a "Cambria approved installer" and CA Tile & Granite is NOT listed on the Cambria website (CambriaUSA.com) as an approved installer. To clarify the matter, I called Rosemary and she told me it was because they are a fabricator, but I was puzzled because they were to install the counter too. I felt she was defensive and told me to email her Cambria Representative "Carol", which I did. I was surprised to not hear a response from Carol after 5 days and it would of been nice to hear a follow up from Rosemary too. On Day 6 Rosemary contacted with a phone number for Carol. I was disappointed CA Tile & Granite could not answer my questions from the start and makes me feel hesitant to work with them in the future, in case there was a problem.

He kept me up to date about when the project would be scheduled and worked out details about purchasing the tile and other items before the start date. He and his assistant showed up promptly each day and left the areas clean and safe. When we ran into an unexpected issue with the tile on the kitchen floor he worked with me about options and took extra days to make sure the problem was corrected. All three floors look beautiful and the work is excellent. I'm so glad I found Albert, he's an honest worker and cares about his customers.
