The office is clean and has several rooms for multiple patients. He also doesn't overcharge or overdo anything the way it feels like so many dentists do, but he is obviously still attentive -- I had one cavity treated when I was younger so problems don't go overlooked either. I've been to a number of dentists in a different state and they all tried to scam me about having 10 cavities and needing to pay 100s of dollars (which Dr. Tang did not agree with the treatment plan) or giving me extra x-rays and then finding out oops my insurance doesn't cover that. His hygienists and front desk people are great too. I highly recommend!

Dr. Tang suggested we took care of the teeth when my father in law returned to China. It was understandable since we needed to pay out of pocket so he might want to save money for us. However clearly that did not help address the pain, as it was still two months away from his departure. He did not seem to be very interested in providing the care, and seemed in quite a rush to the next patient. We asked for extraction service , and they scheduled us two weeks later. We then went to another dentist and they were able to extract in the same visit and the pain was gone.

This is exactly what happened, and of course no ownership, let's get the review removed. I would give this place negative stars if possible. My crown came off unexpectedly and I needed to get my crown replaced. I called around and landed on Alpha Dentistry. The lady who answered the phone was sweet, and she said she could squeeze me in to help me out. I show up for my appointment, and I made sure to ask how much it would cost to get this done for cash, as my insurance is new and I knew I may have to use cash. They take my back and that's when the tragedy began--- The tech too multiple tries to get the piece in for the x-ray ( hurting me throughout) and then asked me MANUALLY HOLD THE X-RAY gun for the x-ray (???) After the x-ray the Dr walks in and say I need a crown and walks out. I asked him if he is going to start on my mouth and he says: "I'm too busy not today" What? I came to get a temp done, and for a permanent crown to be made. I've been thru this before. I start to pushback and ask why am I here when I came for a repair and I was told : "Maybe it's an Arizona thing but we x-ray first then get approval before we do any work" I was completely ready to pay cash and I was baited and switched -- all they wanted to do was take a x-ray to charge my insurance. I was specific about my need and I was completely mislead. That Doctor had the worst attitude ever and gave the "hurry up and buy" looks like I planned to steal something. What's made this more laughable is they called me back to tell me that they don't want to work with me "because I don't communicate correctly " I've been Yelping close to 15 years. Was an elite for almost 10 years. I've literally have reviewed businesses all over the world and even when something doesn't go right I don't go out of my way to slam them. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
