While a huge fan of Dr Robinson I can honestly say I am totally happy with the care Dr Collins provides my wife and I. I recently had a front dental implant done and Dr Collins and I were not completely satisfied so she had it redone including a personal visit I had with the lab for exact sizing and color. Visiting Dr. Theresa Collin's office was a very unpleasant experience. Her website says " She educates her patients before continuing the dental procedure to gain trust and to make them feel comfortable." I have been in her office twice and not only did she not make me feel comfortable, she also did nothing to gain my trust. Her manner is very brisk and not the kind of person I want working on my teeth. I chipped a tooth and needed a crown. Dr. Collins had just taken over the practice from a dentist I had been seeing for over 30 years. I was very nervous about having a new dentist work on my teeth and getting a crown done by someone I didn't know. As a result, my blood pressure was elevated. The assistant retook it several times but it was still high. Rather than asking me why my blood pressure might be elevated or trying to make me more comfortable and relaxed then retaking it, Dr. Collins said in a very brisk manner that she wouldn't do the procedure until I had a doctor's clearance. That seemed unreasonable since she had data from only one 10 minute period. read more

Phenomenal Dentistry! Had part two of an implant - the new tooth, today. In fact Dr. Collins and her Assistant Illeana sent the lab back the 1st version of the tooth. They thought a better outcome was achievable. They were right. We were concerned when Dr. Robinson retired- - Oh no! A new dentist! Yikes! Having some bad experiences with dentists in the past caused our concerns. After having Dr. Theresa Collins as our new dentist for the last several months our concerns have been laid to rest. She, and her staff, are top shelf. There is something else about Dr. Collins that you should know too. If you have progressive hearing loss, as I do, you may have a difficult time understanding the spoken word, especially with women, even with good hearing aids. You would also know that there are very few people in the population who pick up on that and compensate when speaking. Dr. Collins is one of those special people. From the time she first talked to me and I said whatever it is that I say when I can't understand (huh? or excuse me? or say again) she understood. From then on she has done an excellent job making sure that I understood what she was saying. That tells me that she really does listen and understand when her patients speak and I really appreciate that. And, of course, that she is a great dentist as well! read more
