All in all the office is nice, summer is here so it's nice and cold inside and it's very clean and nicely decorated. I would say the cancellation was careful care since we don't want to vomit all over anyone or anything so they took care to follow the protocol as given. Staff seemed friendly I mean I don't think they were rude about it, it's just it is what it is and I get that. They also seem like they enjoy each others company as I sat I could hear their voices and friendly chatter so to like where you are on a regular basis is good for cheerful patient approaches. I also heard and observed them being kind to others as they came in (not to us) but again I'm not all bent out of shape from them not greeting us as I said they weren't rude or mean so.
