My calls were repeatedly disconnected, leaving me unable to get answers regarding a procedure that had been performed only days earlier. Because I was in pain and could not get a response over the phone, I went to the office in person seeking help. What happened next was shocking. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with a hostile and condescending attitude. Chelsea repeatedly spoke to me in a manner that I found dismissive and disrespectful. During the interaction, she laughed while I was attempting to explain my concerns and the pain I was experiencing, which only added to my frustration and distress. Rather than helping resolve the issue, I was threatened with police involvement. I witnessed staff discussing and initiating a call to law enforcement in front of me while I was there trying to get assistance regarding my dental treatment. As a patient who had been coming to this office for nearly two years, being treated this way was both shocking and deeply upsetting. The most disturbing part of the experience occurred when Dr. Nelson became involved. Instead of listening to my concerns about the procedure and the pain I was experiencing, he came out visibly angry and told me that I had approximately ten seconds to show him what was wrong or I would be escorted out. I was there seeking help for a treatment concern, yet I was treated as though I were a problem to be removed rather than a patient in need of care. I came to the office because I was in pain and felt I had exhausted every other avenue of communication. At no point did I expect to be laughed at, threatened with police involvement, or given an ultimatum while trying to discuss a dental issue. This experience left me feeling intimidated, unheard, and completely unsupported. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and the opportunity to discuss concerns about their treatment without fear of being mocked, threatened, or dismissed. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to carefully research all available options before making a decision. I regret the thousands of dollars I have spent at this embarrassment of a "clinic", and the fact that 95% of his work either had to be redone over 3 times now or has gotten worse than it initially was speaks volumes.
