THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE MY INSURANCE. I made that very clear! They told me I had maxed out my insurance! THEN TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY 1,000 DOLLARS ADDITIONAL!! (I had a root canal done!) and they didn't even put a cap on it! THERES ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THAT I MAXED OUT MY INSURANCE AND HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 1,000 DOLLARS over a root canal! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! You guys are horrible people for taking advantage of people like this! When I got the bill in the mail it says that they didn't even use my insurance I had to pay everything in full! I'm so upset! Why couldn't they just tell me they didn't take my insurance and I could have went somewhere else! Dr. Clark. was way too rough with me, I was super uncomfortable and hurting even with the numbing medication. He kept pinching the sides of my cheek and One of his tools broke inside my mouth hitting my other teeth, Then he burned the outside of my mouth with one of his tools when using a torch to heat up, now I have a very bad sore on the outside of my mouth. It doesn't look good and it feels so bad, No one did anything for that! No one has reached out to see if I'm okay. When they wanted to call to reschedule next my appointment I spoke with "Dr Clark" and he didn't seem genuine at all, He acted like this stuff happens all the time. He wasn't even concerned about the burn on my face! I didn't like the way he made me feel. I wouldn't go here again. I feel very embarrassed, Now I have to wear a mask because I feel self conscious about my face.

Having a filling and root canal done ouch..

So after breaking two of my top back teeth on a deep fried mushroom from Monkey Pants in Tempe. I found my dental on Nextdoor so I thought I'd give them a try since I'm new to Arizona. I can honestly say I loved my experience there Dr. Price is a Fantastic and very professional dentist who set me at ease and assured me that everything was going to be ok. My boyfriend and I will continue to use them. The staff is very helpful and friendly so they'd be excellent to bring a small child to as well.

Great place for Affordable dental care

After years of dental problems, I finally made the decision to restore my smile, and choosing Dr…read more Miller was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have always been extremely scared of going to the dentist--honestly, absolutely terrified. The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. His entire staff has been supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout my recovery. The photos and video attached to this review show part of the transformation, but they cannot fully capture what this experience has meant to me. For the first time in a long time, I can look in the mirror and smile proudly. If you are considering dental implants or major dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Miller highly enough. The investment is significant, but so is the result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Miller, for giving me my smile back.

I just wanted to share that I WAS also a patient here and had a very similar experience with…read moreJessica, who commented 1 year ago. Dr. Mo told me that I had a cavity on a premolar tooth and needed a crown back in approximately 2023. He shaved down the tooth and placed a crown. I had issues with the (permanent) crown immediately, my bite felt painful with sensitivity to cold and pain. I went back in about a week later for a bite adjustment and he shaved down my crown and told me that should fix it. I waited approximately 1-2 weeks but it still did not get better. I went back in for another bite adjustment and instead of shaving down the crown, he shaved down my permanent tooth WITHOUT asking for consent. He admitted to it in the moment suggesting that my permanent tooth could be the issue causing pain from the crowns shape, and that shaving it down may help. On what planet would you ever shave down someone's REAL tooth to compensation for a FAKE one? His false documentation/intentional lack of documenting his malpractice or not, his assistant was present for this. She knows and has seen firsthand how many people he has done this to. I felt my heart drop to my stomach, I knew in that moment I was never returning to this practice. The medical assistant asked me if I knew what a "bruise" was, insinuating that's all it was. I continued on with sensitivity to cold when eating/drinking, I just tried to only consume cold things on my right side instead of my left, going on one year since the crown. Eventually, I swapped to a different dentist and explained the situation. He did x-rays and said nothing was apparently alarming but given my symptoms, tried another bite adjustment to the crown. I kept trying to explain the area around the crown is too tight, I can't even floss that area, but was told to shove the floss down and that it was "fine". I was told this by Dr. Mo and the new dentist. Well, I was tired of being told "it's nothing". I felt pretty defeated and just went back to compensating on the right side. Recently, the pain started to get worse. Today, it peaked. My face started going numb and tingling and I knew enough was enough. I got in with another new dentist, a woman, who listened and took my concerns seriously. Dr. Mo used an incorrect crown material for a premolar tooth, amongst many other issues. The material he used for the crown cannot allow visualization of my actual tooth via x-ray, no one could see what was happening beneath the surface? They just kept telling me it was "nothing" even though they couldn't see! The crown was too close to my nerve, causing continuous pressure and pain. I had to have the crown removed today to visualize his terrible job. I will have to see an Endodontist this week to see if a root canal is needed. This puts me $1800 further into the hole because of Dr. Mo's scam job. This is not to mention what a total creep this guy is. He was extremely physical with me during my appointment, making constant contact with my body whenever he was nearby. I've never had this experience with a dentist before. He went on to tell me he used to work in pediatrics, which was only significantly more alarming. He told me a few horror stories about his work, such as dropping teeth down patients throats during his work causing him to trach someone - this was mentioned to me at my final visit, a real nail in the coffin. I'm not surprised that the office manager was a total jerk about this situation but a simple google review finds that Dr. Mo is NOT dead and that's an awful lie to avoid any malpractice suits. If you search him up, he's at Associated Dental Care Tucson - if I have the right guy pinned down but I think I'd know that creeps face anywhere. Dr. Morton L Krieg. I'll be calling their office to confirm this is correct given there's no public obituaries online. You're not alone, I'm sorry that happened to you, Jessica.

Not to mention too they removed. 1/2 my wisdom teeth and root canal in one sitting and it was such a breeze to do, felt no pain and he walked me through the whole process. I seriously can not recommend this place enough.

Everyone seemed to trying to "up sell" services and some would not even schedule a basic cleaning and xrays on the same visit. Then the most wonderful accident happened....I stumbled onto Sandy's name, took a chance and scheduled and appointment with her and FELL IN LOVE with a dentist!!! At our very first meeting she took notice of a congenital problem that I had which no other doctor had ever taken seriously. She was horrified and gently asked if I was interested in getting referrals to physicians who might be able to evaluate the situation and see if it could be treated. I agreed and she eventually ended up sending me to the orthodontist who had treated her. This whole story ended up with me having major reconstructive jaw surgery and being wired for 9 weeks, during which Sandy sent me flowers and kept in touch with my family as to my recovery. Every time I see her I thank her for setting me on that path and taking me seriosly. I had begun to think that it was hopeless and a life of chronic pain was something I had to learn to live with. She is my dental angel. Not only is she just a wonderful doctor who is always willing to explain things to her patients and work with them on prioritizing treatments if money is an issue (and seriously when is it not) but she is an awesome human. Her staff has always been as nice and professional as she is is and they always make you feel welcome and cared for. Sandy also uses state of the art technology and her office is about the most spotles place I've ever seen. She is now stuck with me and if she ever tries to move away or retire I may just have to stalk her for treatment. :)

I had become increasingly dis-satisfied with my Dentist and Staff who I had been a patient for…read moreseveral years. We had moved and though the office was farther away I still went there as they had my records and I knew what to expect. I normally do not do well with Dentistry - even just teeth cleaning. On my last visit for a teeth cleaning I had a 2:30pm appointment and checked in few minutes early. As I waited I picked up a few People magazines and was reading a few articles when I realized it was around 2:55pm. I put the magazine down and was about to get up and ask why it was a half hour late when my Hygienist appeared. They have a downstairs basement and apparently she was down there and none of the office staff (2) had advised her I was here. No apology. Again I had the same hygienist but the last few cleaning I felt she'd just been 'going through the motions' with less polite conversation or interest in my dental health. Well I like to think I am a patient person but after that visit I decided to change Dentists. Reading Google reviews I noticed Mesa Dental on Higley had good reviews and was only 2 miles versus 15 miles away so I made a note to schedule a cleaning with them (I go every 3 months) and would advise my current Dentist I would no longer be utilizing their services. As fate would intervene about a month after my cleaning I cracked a crown on the upper right side of my mouth while chewing. I could feel it so I called Mesa Dental and they did an awesome job of making me a new crown. I felt welcomed when I came in and was promptly seen only a minute or two after I arrived over two appointments. To note I do not do well with the X-Rays as I tend to gag when they put that film thing in the back side of my mouth. They were able to get me through it with some numbing solution and quick moving to the switch. I was very appreciative of that effort. Earlier this week I also had a cleaning done by 'Keegan' and she was wonderful. What was interesting is their water jet tool is newer and uses about half the water my prior dentist used. I often felt like I was 'waterboarded' but knew no different. Last comment here is my wife want to get dental implants so she made appointments for estimates and reviewed 3 local Dentists (Mesa Dental being one of them). She decided on Mesa Dental also as she felt most comfortable with the consultation (felt he was more knowledgeable), their estimate was a bit lower, and overall came away with a better friendlier' feeling than the other two offices (place seemed 'cleaner' also). She will have this done starting next week. So I would like to give Mesa Dental a '5' star rating as a new patient I am very pleased with their services - 'night and day' from my prior Dentist. In the waiting room they even have a little cooler with little courtesy bottles of water and Gatorade - nice touch. Sorry to be a bit verbose but wanted to tell the whole story. Jeff H. Mesa

I'll pay for the procedure and get reimbursed. I was prepared because this is an ongoing issue every time I come here they have problems. I went back for my cleaning and sit down in the chair. Totally wasted my time all because they couldn't figure out billing and the hygienist got upset I will never come back to this office. This isn't the first issue I've had. There's been multiple issues usually revolved around billing because they can't figure it out. I don't recommend this. Office and I will never return.
