I ordered the combination seafood plate (shrimp/clam strips) and rib box. For $43 I was extremely unimpressed. They give you a lot of food, but honestly, I would prefer quality over quantity. The shrimp was not cleaned at all. Also, the shrimp was super rubbery. It was as if the shrimp was precooked before fried. Yes, it may cost Simco's a few more dollars to get deveined shrimp, but for the price point, it really shouldn't hurt their profit. The ribs was soooo dry. They also used a very little bit of BBQ sauce. I don't like normally like a lot of sauce but if you are going to give dry ribs, you need to up the sauce. Or, just make sure they are tender ribs. The strips were ok. Not enough for me to go back. I really enjoy supporting the local community right now, but it's hard to see awesome places close and then Simco's not out their best foot forward. read more

Came here to try their hot dogs everyone was raving about. The dogs itself are about a foot long but I was expecting melted cheese not krafts cheese slices (bummer). But the hotdog overall was still good. One thing I didn't like was how they wrapped the hot dog in tin foil as they were handing it to me. It has its pros and cons. Pros: it'll keep the hot dog safe from germs. Cons: you have to be VERY careful opening it, it makes a mess everywhere, and it's SO hard to eat. I was hoping, with all the hype, that I would get a really great chili dog here. Nope. A foot-long hot dog, which is nice, but the dog was meh, the chili had beans in it like soup (not chili sauce for hot dogs) and was so gross I had to scrape it all off and eat the hot dog plain in an attempt to save my lunch. The onion rings were dry and unseasoned, the fries with frozen and batter-dipped. The only thing good about the meal was the raspberry lime rickey that the bf loved but I thought was too sweet. I got a small steak cheese and mushroom with extra salt and pepper when being cooked lettuce and tomatoes and a slice of pizza. $14.00 really then cash only as well.
