They have nice crispy edges and pack loads of flavor. 5/5 Service Crispy Boi is essentially a food truck, so you just order at the window. It's pretty popular, so food can take a longer amount of time depending on orders. Staff are always friendly though. 5/5 Ambiance The ambiance is based on the ambiance of Beer Zombies, which has a nice outdoor area and little pond. There are multiple tables, which are regularly full. 5/5 Crispy Boi is a hidden gem of southern Nevada. The burgers are reasonably priced and pair well with the beers.

I was too full to order anything else, but when I walked by the truck it took a lot of me to not order the Gumbo. The sweet order, offered us samples of the soup from the gumbo and I was like, whoa! I went home dreaming about that damn Gumbo, so much that it's why I returned for again to get some! This isn't like your traditional Gumbo. It's doesn't have seafood pieces, just stripped juicy chicken and flavorful sausage, rice, onions all in a savory broth that isn't too salty. Overall, I love to support local business so if I see them around at another event I'd be willing to try some of their other menu options.
