My interest is piqued and I head over. I see a table with 4-5 people sitting and talking and I take a look at the menu. I really didn't know what to expect as I have never heard of Indian fry bread. The menu is descriptive and it highlights a few things which helps picking items easier. I wasn't sure if I would actually order anything as I had plans to cook something at home but decided not to pass up a chance to try something new. I decided on a Half n Half which has half seasoned ground beef and half chopped chuck steak and is listed as a costumer favorite. It is a bit on the pricey side and they take Apple Pay/credit cards with a $1 extra charge. I ordered to go so when I got home I ate it with the knife and fork that was provided, not really realizing it should be eaten as a taco. It is a nice size which helps count for the price (but still on the pricey side). It was delicious and had good seasoning and I really liked the fry bread which was fluffy and light and something similar to roti but fluffy. I will seek out the Nevari Indian Fry Bread food truck again to try some more as well as trying one of the desserts.

I love that it's local and family owned. When we got the food, the taco didn't last long, rip. It was so tasty! The meat was juicy, Mac salad was yummy! I liked that pairing. My favourite was the chicken skin nachos. Epically brilliant. Everything paired together nicely. I can see it was going to be a problem. And it was. I went back after being out of town, on a Tuesday for another order. The kids were there helping, they were sweet. I think it's awesome when kids help out and learn that kind of stuff early. If I get past the nachos and the taco I will try and report back about more. For now, those nachos and that taco!

Food truck is there every Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm with good outdoor seating, and awesome Hawaiian music. Menu offers a nice selection of tacos, combos, tasty sides such as hapa corn, tots, chicken skin nachos, as well as bulgogi cheesesteak, and pot stickers. I ordered tacos and chose Miso Mushroom, Ban Chan Potato, and Huli Huli Chicken. All three tacos are very good! Miso Mushroom Taco ($5) has sake miso roasted mushrooms with Asian slaw and crispy shallots. Ban Chan Potato Taco ($5) has fried potatoes with garlic soy aioli, kimchee, and crispy shallots. Huli Huli Chicken Taco ($5) has Hawaiian rotisserie chicken with Asian slaw and chicken crunch. Also tried Spam Slider ($5), super tasty! It's Hawaiian sweet roll with spam, kimchee, quail egg, garlic aioli, and crispy shallots. I love snacking on this, and would highly recommend! Asian Tots ($7) is very good too! It's nice golden crispy tots topped with yummy hapa-q-sauce, garlic aioli, and cotija cheese, flavor is zesty and has a terrific crunch! I had Hapa Salad ($16), very filling and delicious! The tortilla shell is housemade and beautifully fried golden crispy, inside has fresh crisp romaine with Miso Mushroom for choice of protein, good portion of black beans, corn, black olives, avocado, and pico de gallo, served with soy sesame dressing, it's really good! For sweets, Ube Mochi Churro Bites ($5) is incredibly delightful! It's deep-fried ube mochi, texture is nice, soft, and chewy, has a lovely sweetness, coated with sugar cinnamon swirl, powdered sugar, and chocolate syrup drizzle, YUM! Service from owner Lora and Gabe is very kind, welcoming, attentive, personable, and friendly! Lora is super helpful with recommendations. After placing an order, chef Gabe was quick and efficient. Food was delivered freshly cooked, served hot, and delicious! Most especially on every order they would add a fresh flower of purple Dendrobium orchid which is edible, it's so beautiful and memorable!

Solid value for some of the best Venezuelan food around town. The fact that it's on wheels just…read moremakes the hunt a little more thrilling. Mr. Cooker is a Las Vegas food truck that's been around for a little over a year now. I'm surprised at how few their review count is, despite their appearances at such events as the Great American Foodie Fest, Sunset Park'd, and a Yelp Elite Event. The former two are sometimes derided for overpriced and lackluster food, which is true for some places. However, they impressed people including yours truly at the latter, which is why I was so glad to find them in the wild today. Well, "the wild" in this case is the inaugural running of a weekly food truck gathering at the Total Wine & More on Las Vegas Blvd (near Fry's / Town Square), and it's more like a ring of about ten trucks/trailers/vans showed up and these guys were in the thick of it. I knew that they'd be among the best, so I couldn't pass them up as I regrettably did at other food truck events. The man running front of house (or outside of truck, in this case) gave me a brief tour of some of their menu. I went for his favorite after finding out that I could get two different meat choices. My order of patacones ($8 for two) came out within perhaps 5 minutes still plenty hot, but I eagerly dug in to these creations of meat, cheese, and sauces sandwiched between fried, crispy plantains. That crispness stands out first and foremost. It's not a hard crunch, and it yields something substantial in your mouth that texturally reminded me of some chicken skins that I'd recently had. Speaking of which, the meats are no slouch. The pork was great, but the shredded beef was surprisingly juicy and rich in flavor. And the slew of sauces was complementary and not overwhelming, although some areas were less sauced. Fortunately, I soon noticed that they had squeeze bottles including one that contained more of that ubiquitous green cilantro sauce. Ask for them. They're important. I'm definitely going to revisit Mr. Cooker soon. I definitely need to try their arepas, empanadas, pepitos, and perhaps one day a traditional certain comestible, if they ever source the right corn and cheese to craft the recipe to their liking. I'll be waiting.

I wish we had stopped back to try more of the menu. I'm glad that they are local and I can track them down another time. The Beef Empanada packed a lot of flavor and was fresh. From the outside it looked boring, but turned out to be anything but boring. The seasoning on the bread and beef was very tasty. The bread tasted and appeared to be made from scratch. The sauce served with the empanada had a nice kick and nice flavor.

Now, I I haven't bought too many tacos from food trucks, and that's something that I really need to fix in my life, but let me tell you, these were great! I personally would say these are a good deal. I'm a big eater and got five tacos for $20 and was full. They are bigger than street tacos though I still downed them in about 3 or 4 bites. They come with a nice mild green salsa and a spicier red one and plenty of limes for squeezing. The five tacos that I got were mahi-mahi, shrimp, al pastor, carne, asada, and carnitas. I'm honestly not sure which one was my favorite as they were all really tasty. I'm honestly just thinking about the next time I'll get them.

Let me just start off w WOW!!! I have seen this place on social media and showed it to my husband…read moreand since it's foodie Friday day (trying new local spots) for us we decided to take a 43 min drive all the way from the northwest side of town. Let me tell you the drive was worth it, we have been searching for a good Texas style brisket and we think we just found our place. It is in the smiths parking lot but there is plenty of parking but just know that it is a food truck so w the Las Vegas heat wait in your car or find a shade because it's hot. First of love that they offer samples before you buy and uncle Bo's reasoning for that is he wants you to try the his food before you purchase it. Him and his wife are very welcoming and very nice and after chatting w him about his background we can see why the food that comes out that window is delicious. We ordered 1/2lb brisket, half rack Memphis ribs,1/2lb hot sausage links, side of jalapeño Mac n cheese, side of coleslaw and 2 root beers. The Texas style brisket is what we have been searching for after we visited Texas along time ago, no one has really came close in town here because u either get something too dry, bland, too smoky etc... but not uncle Bo's brisket. Hands down so juicy and moist and just the right amount of smoke 10/10 for sure we loved a fatty brisket instead of the leaner side w a good flavorful bark. The Memphis dry rub omg meat falls off the bone and that dry rub is so good it doesn't need bbq sauce at all but if you do his bbq sauce made from scratch is delicious! Even from a store bought expensive bbq sauce this one beats it for sure, The meats just melt in your mouth lik3 butter. He definitely knows what his doing back there and you can definitely tell he has been doing this for along time because he perfected it. Hot link sausage is also very good just a good amount of kick and it had a nice bite to it. Now the sides, one of the best coleslaw we have had no lies and the jalapeño bacon Mac is so creamy and delicious we devoured them sides in the parking lot. We also were able to try the potato salad they have and it's also very good.We still have so much meat to take home for dinner,The root beers also went so good w the bbq for sure. Spent over $60 and drove 43 mins out and it's so worth it, we will be back for sure! Good people and good food say less will be there to support, can't wait to try the chicken and pulled pork next time.

I didn't take any food pics, we were all too busy eating and enjoying. We talked to them for a bit when we were there. Uncle Bo KNOWS what he's doing. They were easy to talk to and very kind. Great people making Great food. You can't ask for anything more. So go get some and if you're going let me know ow. I'll get some too. LFG!!
