    Greasy fry bread!!
    Summer Nikki 8.

I'm sooo disappointed today!!! I've been waiting for them to come back to their location and finally able to get another taco. Bad idea!!!! Horrible! I have bought many of these Indian tacos, and today was the worst taco Ever!!! Greasy and paper thin fry bread!!! Meat is salty and greasy! I am sooo pissed off! $10 for a taco should be the best taco! I am Beyond angry!!

The green chili was delicious and the bread was even better it was fresh and had the perfect crunch . The staffs customer service was great ! They were so friendly, given I didn't even know what it was they explained their menu and different tacos showed me their Fry bread even offered even me offered samples . Overall it was an awesome first time experience I'll definitely be back !

Couldn't pass this up while at the Pahrump fall festival !! Haven't had fry bread in awhile, so I couldn't wait to devour this deliciousness. Indian taco with green chile! Superb!

What a treat! We drove from Summerlin to their South Pecos setup today. The owner is a wonderful man who thanked us so many times for coming out! We ordered a monster taco and plain to split. Holy crow! The amount of food we got was SO worth the trip! The monster taco was perfectly seasoned and the toppings were proportional for the size. The fry bread was so light and fluffy! Support local and often! We hope they make it to our side of town so we can try their desserts (even if they don't, we'll still drive to the east side to try the desserts, who am I kidding? )

This place is AMAZING! Food is fantastic and people are super friendly. I've tried making fry bread and it doesn't turn out anywhere close to this good! We go to Pahrump when they are there so can't miss them when they stop at Cactus Joes! Do yourself a favor and go get some fry bread!!!

Yummy Regular Fry Bread Taco! Wear your potluck pants.

Do not miss the opportunity to try ANYTHING from this food truck. The fry bread tacos are amazingly delicious. My favorite is the monster taco. The desserts are so good make sure you get one to go. They're usually set up at the Home Depot 6025 Pecos (and Sunset). You will not regret it! Do yourself a favor and try it out.

Waited 45 minutes past their opening time and they still weren't open. What's the point of saying you open at 12 if you mean 1 or 2?

I rarely expect much from a food truck but this was a total disaster. Greasy and overpriced. Good luck.

Hands down one of my favorite and most affordable taco spots!…read more It's located next to a busy plaza so parking can be quite difficult They're open daily 10am-2pm. Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made the night special. Amanda went above and beyond with her customer service. She made sure our flowers and balloons were delivered and beautifully arranged on our table waiting for us, such a thoughtful touch that made the evening even more memorable. Our server was also fantastic, attentive and friendly throughout the night. The food was next-level. They must have a new chef because this is hands-down the best Mexican food we've had in Las Vegas. My carne asada chef's special tacos were incredibly juicy and packed with flavor (unlike the dry ones you often get elsewhere). The queso fundido and fresh guacamole were excellent, my wife's shrimp entrée was outstanding, and the flan was truly unique, my daughter said it was the best she's ever had. Every dish was a hit, and the cocktails were fantastic too. Everyone in our group raved about their meals. If you're looking for delicious Mexican food and wonderful service in downtown Las Vegas, look no further. La Mona Rosa is highly recommended!

We spoke for a bit and he had a nice table set up for us right at opening. We enjoyed their brunch service for 6. It was dish after dish of foods that were wonderful and we finished it off with churros and chocolate mousse. Very good food presented very professionally. That and a few drinks made for a great Saturday the 25th. If I were to make any criticism it was the music was way too loud. Blade twice went to turn it down but somebody else in the staff kept turning it up to what even seemed to be Blades frustration. Made it a little difficult to have a comfortable conversation. Maybe at night when the atmosphere is not nice dining and more bar club the music should be that loud. Regardless we had a wonderful meal and a nice experience even if we had to speak loudly to each other. Blade the server was a huge part of the overall experience.

When they called my name, I went to the counter and notice that they got my order wrong...they gave me a pollo asado taco, instead of a pollo asado burrito with cheese. I swear I had told the lady that took my order that I wanted a pollo asado burrito, but perhaps I was wrong, or perhaps she was mistaken with what I ordered. Either way, I am not one to make a fuss, as restaurant workers already work hard (especially the workers at this place), so their ears didn't need a brat like me to give them an earful about getting my order wrong during peak lunch hours. Anyways, I pointed out the mistake, and mentioned if I can order a pollo asado burrito. An older gentleman (who appeared to be the owner/manager/someone important) working behind the counter said don't worry about it...he'll make the burrito and call my name when it's ready. I thanked them profusely, went back to my seat and didn't even finish my al pastor taco, because they had called my name in less than a minute. WOW! That's customer service right there! I wouldn't even put The Taco Stand on the top of my list of best mexican food in Vegas, even though their food is pretty damn good, but with customer service like this, they've made the jump on my list, and I'll be returning to eat there more often!
