Delightful relaxing experience. The spacious and artful decor adds to the feeling you are in a very upscale salon. I was thrilled to find this treasure. Not the usual busy vibe of a crowded nail salon. Staff is relaxed, efficient and friendly. My thanks to Erika for enjoyable mani-pedi and Tanya for legs and facial waxing! We had fun and got it done no fuss no muss! Highly recommend this beautiful upscale salon, peace and quiet surrounded by eye candy. Treated with grace and style. I felt very special in their hands! I made an appt via the phone on Monday for a Friday 10 am. I arrive I was told that the person I made the appointment with was off. They called her and said that she's on her way and to pick out a color. Shortly after a gentleman came in asking for her because he had an appointment. Not only did my appointment not get scheduled, they lied and said she was off. Then proceeded to tell me to pick out a color knowing that the gentleman that was waiting was waiting for her. Now I have to find somewhere else to go when I was supposed to be getting serviced for a wedding. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and now have to find somewhere else to go at the last minute so I can be ready in time for the wedding. read more

I've gone here for chrome before and today decided to go for a cat eye manicure. The color I picked was a reddish pink however when she applied it it was gold along with the fact they did not use the correct color base coat. Let them know not what I wanted and had to go through and pick another cat eye color. The girl clearly did not know how to use the magnetic for it plus did not remove the previous color before adding the new color. Now I have a manicure that is nothing like a cat eye and the gold color is peaking through the blue. Won't be going back as I have to go get a new manicure since I completely hate this one read more

I have come here since i was 13 years old and im 20 now. I had been on my feet all day and needed to de-stress from a hard day at work. I decided to give Signature Nail Spa a try since the proximity was near my work place. Upon entering Signature Nail Spa, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I told the Nail Tech Cindy that I wanted to indulge in a pedicure. After I chose a shellac (nail polish, half gel) color, I settled into the chair. Nail Tech Cindy came back and handed me a complimentary white wine, and asked, "Would you like to try our new jelly pedicure?" Me: Yes, darling, yessss! I just wanted to be waited on hand and foot. I'll try anything, and everything at least once. However, this wasn't the usual pedicure that I was accustomed to. It's a Jelly one. That's right. It's exactly what you would imagine, a bowl full of jelly. Soon my feet was going to be covered in jelly stuff. I. Couldn't. Wait. So excited! First, she explained, there's a packet of jelly that mixes with the water. As she opened the packet and poured the powder into the water, the water slowly but surely turned from liquid into a quicksand type of feeling. Then after a few minutes when the water formed into jelly, the jelly seemed like it retained its temperature longer than the water itself. Which essentially meant that the jelly provided even further benefits to my pedicure. Yay! It was a challenge to move my feet around, which was a good type of feeling. The jelly was working away at the dead skin. Hooray! For what felt like a blissful eternity as I sipped on the complimentary wine and waddled my feet in the jelly mixture. I can't describe how good the jelly texture felt between my toes! The Nail Tech Cindy also explained the benefits of "Jelly Pedi" as the dense jelly mixture massaged the stressed muscles, the jelly pedi also gently exfoliated, moisturized, and softened dry cracked callus. The whole time I sat there and felt relaxed, I wondered how would they clean up the jelly mess after my pedicure was done. Then the next step of the jelly pedi was to dissolve the jelly to turn it back to water. The Nail Tech Cindy proceeded to add the second packet of powder, which was added to finish up my spa pedicure treatment. I was blown away by the science of things and how the jelly pedi magically worked and reversed itself back to water. Last but not least, the Nail Tech smoothed away the jelly as she worked away at my toes. She sloughed away the dead skin from the bottom heels of my foot by filing, clipping my toe nails and cuticles, and made my feet look smashing again. All I can say is, it was an amazing experience because it was all about getting my feet ready for the warmer weather. I also ended up getting my nails done, and thanks to Signature Nail Spa for getting my hands and feet ready for spring! I highly recommend Signature Nail Spa. If they made me felt like a brand new person inside, they will surely take care of you too! read more

I love love love this place. Came here to get my ombré nails done and fell in love with the place. It's hard to do ombré with short nails but John did it. Not to mention my natural nails have this weird curve that not everyone can work with. Pedicures are the best here, it's very relaxing. I had it done twice and both times were good. You can ask for the special hand exfoliating massage with your SNS Nails here too. I just love this place :) Beautiful salon and great atmosphere. Perfect for girls day or birthday party. Superrrr friendly staff. It's a little busy so make your appointment before coming in. read more

This is probably the most overly priced salon I've ever been too and I'm from San Francisco ,ca. They charged me in every way they could ha! I don't mind paying as much as I did but not when the work is MEDIOCRE and not in Raleigh. I felt cheated out of my money. 3 stars Because they did have a plethora of colors to chose from read more

Recently moved to the area, specifically looking for ombré nails. After much search and constant "no we can't or we don't do that" answers I gave up. I was in Ca and went to my fav nail salon and got the ombré. It was time for a fill so I stopped by and was told YES! Started with a pedi, it was perfect. The use the liners in the pedi bowls which I personally insist and not many nail salons use. I was given a neck warmer with a lavender scent. The girl took her time to massage and was fantastic. The overall experience was great. Definitely my new go to nail salons read more

If I could give this place a 1 damn star I would!! I arrived right before 7 it's now 6:58. I told the women inside the services I wanted and was allowed to sit down and after 10 min was told they couldn't do my services because it's almost 7 and they close at 8. Now this not my normal nail salon but because I wanted basic services, and it's close to my house I thought why not?? I have owned and operated salons for years and you take customers until closing!! She was rude and kept telling me we can only do 1, why the f+*k did you let me sit in a pedicure chair, get comfortable, soak my feet just to tell me you couldn't or wouldn't service me!! Don't EVER come here! read more

I've been here twice. The first time was for a pedicure. It turned out to be an awesome 5-star experience. That's the only reason I'm not giving one star. However, I came here just two days ago for a simple gel manicure and it is easily the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The girl barely touched my cuticles/dead skin. She did a terrible paint job. It is so clumpy and I can see air bubbles on every nail. I am not a hard person to please - I've never posted a negative review about a nail place and I've been to pretty much every place in the triangle. Just look at the pictures. It's laughable how bad my nails look. I don't even want to go back to get them fixed so I guess I'll just go to my usual place which is Nails 1st in Holly Springs. Never disappointed there. Won't be going back to this place which sucks because it's in such a convenient location. read more

I've neverrrr had my nails done as good as Charlie did them! I've had at least 3 people ask where I've got them done so far and will definitely be back. Everything from the shape to the application and ombré is phenomenal. I previously came in for a gel manicure (I didn't get her name, but she had blue hair) and the work was also great. Signature Nail Spa - Dip powder on natural nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Cary, North Carolina

This review is mostly based off my last experience at Signature Nail Spa however I will say I have been there one time previous to that. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star review is due to my first experience there. My nail tech (the first time) was very nice & talkative. However, a couple days ago my friend and I made an appointment at 7pm for a pedicure and a gel manicure. We arrived on time and were directed to chairs for our pedicures. My friend was immediately assisted however it took a little bit of time for someone to come see me and even then it wasn't the person who eventually did my nails. One of the main reasons I pay a good amount of money (I believe around $47) for a pedicure at a nail salon instead of doing an in-home foot treatment and painting my own toenails is the massage chairs. I have a physically strenuous job and look forward to that massage feature. I commented several times to my nail tech & my friend's nail tech that my chair didn't seem to be working. I was brushed off and told that it was in fact working "it would be working when I did it correctly" when literally nothing was happening. I was even told condescendingly that it in fact was working "he could see it" when it wasn't moving at all. I followed instructions several times and even let my friend mess with it to no avail. It wasn't till we were 3/4 of the way through my pedicure that they finally acknowledged that one of the chairs had been having issues recently and it must be the chair they gave me and yes it must be broken "oh well". None of the other (many) chairs were in use so I don't understand why they put me in the one that had been having issues. I explained the massage chair was what I had been looking forward to but they didn't offer to move me & they didn't offer any discounts or compensation. In addition to that my nail technician made me feel awkward. He made it apparent how unhappy he was with how ticklish my feet were when he was exfoliating them & basically scolded me for "picking at my nail. I don't pick at my nails but had a hand nail ripped off in one place. My technician worked very slowly so my friend had her fingernails almost finished before pedicure was finished. Due to the slow nature of his work the time lagged and we went into closing time and I believe he had to rush to finish quickly. Due to this my last coat wasn't given a normal amount of drying time and about halfway through the dry time he took them out, didn't use an alcohol wipe on them but instead just coated my hands and forearms in oil, foregoing the hand massage as well. I was then quickly told I could leave the oil or was it off, ushered to the cash register where it was clear they had already counted everything for the night and where all the days receipts were lined up. We paid and they locked up behind us. After I left I noticed my nails hadn't dried correctly and there were dents and dings in the polish and well as particles in it. It doesn't look good and isn't holding up well at all. I can't believe I paid the prices I did for a broken massage chair and rushed poor quality services. read more

I think I found my new nail spot! I had gotten a gel manicure at my usual nail spot yesterday, but ever since it has gone under new management I haven't been impressed with some of the new workers. My manicure came out okay but nothing like how I had gotten it before. I was around Signature today and needed a pedicure to match my mani and went in. The salon is huge and I love the decor! They have so many stations and the man who did my pedicure was super detailed and my toes came out perfect! He offered me a drink as I sat down and was super sweet. I had hesitations coming here after reading some of the reviews but I'm so glad we did. My husband and I went in for pedicures and they were great. I had Wendy and she was pleasant and did an amazing job with the massage and paint job. My husband had Nina and she was super attentive with getting all the dead skin off and patient with him when he was moving his feet. Pricing is super reasonable and you get a neck warmer. They have covid protocols in place and have you wash your hands when you come in. We've tried out a few places in the area and have finally found one we will be sticking with! read more

I have to say I'm really upset with the quality of my SNS powder manicure today. I've gone to this place a couple of times and every other time it was great, but today almost makes me not want to return. First, the man who did my nails had VERY bad nails/hand hygiene and was more focused on his cellphone that he not only did a terrible job filing my previous SNS manicure off (with the electric nail file) but he also picked the wrong color that I had selected. I am not blaming him for finishing the color. I should have said something. But I did pick a light pink almost white and instead he selected a bright fire engine red. Again with the electric nail file, he was so rushed to finish my manicure that he kept filing my skin and nail bed and not my actual nail. At one point he even spilled the SNS powder on the table and in a box he preceded to scrap it back into the same container with a nail file and the dumped what fell into the box into the same powder container AND then dip my finger into it. I just feel like that's extremely unsanitary. Again, I'm really upset because I finally found a nail salon I liked since moving to NC but today was really frustrating and I think I will be looking for a new establishment. read more

I couldn't recommend them more. Great salon friendly staff. Always asks about my kids and business great customer service, also clean, new, and Covid conscious. 5 stars. read more

Posting this with hopes to provide feedback to the owners, not to deter anyone from going here bc they have done good work in the past... But I was genuinely upset and embarrassed by my last dip with tips job. I asked for rounded square but they were just square. The nail was very uneven with a large and noticeable dip in the middle of the nail which made the top of the nail flare out. When I got them removed 2 WEEKS later (at another salon) the tips were not fully attached so I had stuff in between my nail and the tip/gel. I have never gotten my nails done and tried to hide them instead of show them off. I hope this feedback helps. read more

I've been getting my nails done for 20 years, in over 8 states from the West Coast to the East, I have never encountered this level of cleanliness and sanitization. John gave me the best pedicure I've ever received, from the soak to the massage to the polish. The lavender neck wrap was totally worth the few extra dollars! Was told my wait would be maybe 20-30 minutes and as a walk in I was fine with that. Turned out to be an hour wait (on a weekday) until anyone even started working on my nails. They let me soak in a chair for so long that the water turned cold before anyone started my pedicure. The pedicure was just okay, not really a lot of attention was done to remove the dead skin. Everyone was fairly unfriendly except for offering me a drink. read more

Wouldn't recommend. The woman that did my nails rushed through the job and now I'm stuck with a horrible set of acrylics that I embarrassed to show anyone. She also messed up and did gel instead of regular polish and had the nerve to try to charge me for it and proceeded to blame me for not telling her when she was applying the polish. This is my go to nail salon in the area. They do a great job, especially Charlie, and my gel manicure always lasts 3 weeks.

Overpriced pedicures. My pink gel full set for the first time is the worst thing ever. Of course I didn't notice the errors until after we left but the gel isn't fully on my nail and I can tell the technician put a smaller fake nail on my sized nail then filed it to make it look normal with the way my nail is now growing back. My nail technician also took a break to go smoke and then I got to smell that the rest of my time there. Not so pleasant. I would Rather a smaller salon with fewer people where they actually care about their work. I will admit the lady that works the front desk is a gem. Super nice and very sweet. I won't be back. Also, the workers seem to think it's appealing for business to take naps in the pedicure massage chairs when there is no customers for them. read more
