The person I spoke with was not fluent in English. I went: Hoping for the best. First of all, there was only customer in the place at 3 p.m. Then the quasi-manager assigned a male technician. I told her I prefer a woman, because men are too rough. I was assured that this guy was gentle; no problem. My bad: I should have walked out right then. The manicurist spoke only a few words of English. The pedicure went ok, but the manicure not so much. He did not do a good job AND WAIT FOR IT, cut the cuticle on my thumb so badly that it bled A LOT. By this point, I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I love paying $100 to be wounded while getting a BAD manicure. On the way out, I asked the quasi-manager what is going on, and why can't I get Julie to do my nails? The actual situation is that the business has been sold and all of the previous employees quit. That is why no Julie and no customers. DON'T USE THIS PLACE. And to the new owner: hey, you are doing a great job: no employees and no customers. Unless you plan to use the place to launder money, you have some material issues to deal with; one of which is that I will take you to small claims court if my finger gets infected and I need to see a doctor. I am a picky customer and my nail technician Thuy was so patient and communicative working with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. She had such a light hand filing my existing gel off, and a very good eye for shape and symmetry. I came in thinking I would get oval nails as usual, but she suggested almond and thankfully I took her word for it. Some of my nails and fingers are a bit wonky, so I have always feared that something pointier like almond would emphasize the asymmetry. However, she did an amazing job with the shape and I am now an almond convert. Thuy also has a remarkably steady hand, and my cuticles remained spotless with no stray gel streaks to be cleaned up. I opted for a polka dot pattern and she absolutely nailed the spacing. She moved with care to ensure that each dot was round, equidistant, and the same size, erasing and restarting when needed. Sizen nails is currently running a 20% off mani and pedi as of 5/14/26, and the prices are AMAZING. My gel mani with designs on all 10 fingernails was $44. As someone used to California prices, my jaw dropped when she showed me the total. I think I found my nail salon in NC, and will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

She is oftentimes rude, audibly sighs with great volume, openly expresses her boredom, is unjustifiably condescending and overall not a great communicator. Without her, this place would be among the best. Unfortunately, she is the gatekeeper to this practice as the office number is answered by her at least some of the time (on Mondays, when the office is closed), and there is no way to directly reach Dr. Soderberg. Additionally, this practice doesn't utilize email...or at least, Jasmine refused to communicate with me over email claiming "HIPAA" disallows communication of medical records... I was skeptical and in disbelief, as I have both sent and received my medical records from multiple doctors (GPs, dermatologists, dentists, etc.) across a couple decades. When questioned, she stated, "this is just our policy." This is probably a lie. A clarifying response from Forefront would be appreciated. She provided minimal details regarding a treatment plan. She did not return any of my pharmacist's calls. I found out that she had recommended an OTC (over the counter) for several scalp issues that I was having. I assumed that I was going to get a prescription tailored to my specific scalp issues. This lack of responsiveness made it difficult to manage my condition effectively and added unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing experience. I could have gone to Wal Mart, Target or any other store to get a product with 5% minoxidil without incurring the costly expense of a dermatologist. I did not feel that my issue was resolved. I definitely will not "EVER" recommend her to anyone! I expected a far more professional and thorough level of care and have no plans to RETURN. NOT A HAPPY PATIENT
