My friend and I had lunch here. She ordered the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef & pork noodle soup $15.93) and I had the Bun Rieu (crab and tomato noodle soup $14.92). We were both very pleased with the portion size and generous platter of fresh herbs & veggies. Prices were cheap compared to other restaurants and the quality is right up there. Both noodle soups were well seasoned and not salty. Good and authentic taste! As a bonus, complimentary fragrant iced tea and desserts were provided. The service was just ok, otherwise this would've been a 5-star review. The restaurant is located inside the Asian Garden Mall in the center where all the eateries were. It's casual but clean, and pets are welcomed.

I decided to get pho here instead of the other pho places next door simply because they had free dessert with the pho. Surprisingly, their pho turned out pretty good! Price wise, I think it was maybe a dollar more than other places, but like I said, they had free desserts. We came for the night market and it was hot outside. The Che was super refreshing. The portion was good size and the soup was flavorful. Overall, I would come back again to eat here.

I like the Bun rieu here, and Kind of surprised to find it is located in the PLT Plaza. The Vegetable side dish look amazingly fresh with a lot of different types of green, which you hardly find in other places. The Broth is flavorful, not to light, not too strong. The Lady Owner is a bonus for her welcoming vibe and humor when I visit. To me this one of my best choice for Bun Rieu in my opinion Will be back soon

Ordered the crab soup and bun no hue. Both were great! Came hot and with a lot of veggies just how we like it. They gave us an iced tea and a small dessert cup too! Yum yum

I stopped by Phuoc Loc Tho to find something yummy to eat and was wanting some Banh Canh. I found Myra's kitchen and decided to give it a try. Turned out to be SUPER GOOD and not too salty. I ordered the Banh Canh Gio Heo and the meat was very tender. It tasted really clean so you can tell they prepared the pork really well! The person at the front was nice but I got to meet the owner and she was really friendly! I can't wait to come back with some friends to try out their egg rolls and some of their other dishes! I really want to try their Bo Luc Lac!

While there are plenty of options in the Asian Garden Mall, this spot is a true hidden gem. The food doesn't taste like it came from a commercial kitchen--it tastes exactly like a home-cooked meal made with love. We had the Rare Beef Pho and the Shaken Beef, and both were outstanding. The pho broth was incredibly clean and aromatic, while the shaken beef was perfectly caramelized and tender. You can tell every ingredient is exceptionally fresh. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel like you're a guest in someone's home. If you're looking for authentic, soul-warming Vietnamese food, skip the crowds and come here instead!"

My wife and I decided to try the Bún Riêu Cua Đồng, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the broth. Instead of having the rich, savory flavor you would expect from a broth simmered with pork bones and freshwater crab, it tasted overly sweet, almost as if sugar had been added. It lacked the depth and authentic flavor that makes a great bowl of bún riêu. The service was also disappointing. Our table wasn't provided with the tray of sauces and condiments that every other table received, and we had to ask for it ourselves. Little details like this make a difference in the overall dining experience. The only highlight of the meal was the fresh vegetable platter. The cabbage, herbs, bean sprouts, and other vegetables were fresh, crisp, and plentiful, which made the dish a little more enjoyable. Parking was another downside. Since the restaurant is located in a busy shopping plaza, finding a parking space on the weekend can be difficult and time-consuming. The restroom was clean and acceptable, but if it's occupied or unavailable, there aren't any other public restrooms nearby in case of an emergency. Overall, there wasn't much that stood out in a positive way. Between the overly sweet broth, poor service, and challenging parking situation, this isn't a restaurant I would go out of my way to visit again. The food came out hot and delicious. Good customer service. The waitress offered to reheat our food bc we were feeding our baby first before we ate. She didn't want us to eat cold noodles. Very nice of her

Pho has a sweetness to the broth. Meatball temperature was a bit off. Tendon was tough. Would recommend bun Rieu over the pho. Still tipped 22% while not being offered any drinks upon my second visit...

First time trying food here thanks to my friends' recommendation. They gave me free desert for my order. The noodles threads were small and the texture was hard to find somewhere else. The beef is tender and smells good with lots of spices. This place is well decorated with lights and lots of paper butterflies.

This is a small stall located in the food court of Asian Garden Mall. The owners are parents of Myra Tran, a famous Vietnamese singer, but they are very humble and friendly. Pricing here is pretty cheap compare to quality and size of each portion. Service is fast.

If you're going to Asian Mall Phước Lộc Thọ, this is the place for food if you're hungry. They have variety dishes but I like their "Bún Bò Huế" and "Bún Riêu". The service is good and courteous. Their decor reminded you of Saigon eating places with all lightings.

The chicken was crispy and the dipping sauce gave it that extra yummy goodness. The dish also came with a side of broth that had chicken bits in it, was nice to help digest your dish. I also loved that they gave you pickled veggies & fresh veggies. We also ordered the Loi's Fusion Saltado, upgraded the rice to garlic egg fried rice. The beef was soft and tender, the fries were nice and crispy and the fried rice was fresh. You 100% need to get the Thai Tea. A lot of place add too much cream/half and half diluting the tea flavor, they do not skimp on the actual tea in their drink. The color speaks for itself on the dark orange hue!

I'm a bit late getting around to writing this, and unfortunately, they are already closed, but I still felt like I had to share my experience. I'm not completely surprised that they closed, especially after trying their bò né. I've had this dish many times at different places around Orange County, and unfortunately, this was probably the weakest version I've come across. The first thing that stood out was the presentation. As you can see in the picture, there was this purple-colored sauce on the meat itself, which honestly did not look very appetizing. To make things worse, the sauce was cold and did not heat in time with the skillet, which really took away from the experience. The flavor itself wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't anything memorable. It was just okay, and when you factor in the cold food and the presentation, it made the whole dish disappointing. With so many places around Orange County serving bò né at a much higher level, I would probably recommend spending your money elsewhere. If you were wondering whether you missed out on some hidden gem, don't worry, you didn't. This one felt more like a piece of coal than a diamond. That being said, every restaurant has its journey, and with more time, maybe they could have found their footing. Hopefully, they can take this experience as a lesson, refine their recipes, and bring something better in their next venture. I am rooting for you Loi!

My favorite dish was the HUGE fried fish...color is amazing and the way the fish was presented seal the deal for me. Between two people, we devoured the entire fish !! It's the kind of place where you order "just a few things" and suddenly the entire table is covered in food. They open early, making it a perfect breakfast spot for an early bowl of pho. The pho broth is exactly what I want when I'm craving comfort food--clean, flavorful, and incredibly soothing. However, the star of the meal for me was the chả giò. Wow. Although they arrived after our pho, they came out at the perfect temperature. I was hesitant to take a bite right away because freshly fried food usually burns my mouth, but these were just right. Crispy, airy, savory, and absolutely delicious. Paired with their fish sauce, it was perfection. I enjoyed the egg rolls so much that next time I'm definitely ordering the egg roll vermicelli bowl.
