I usually come here when I wanna relive my childhood memories. This spot has been around since I was a kid. I feel like their food has always been the same and hasn't changed. Bun Bo Hue isn't the best here, but it still hits the spot! I like how the Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet comes with so many toppings and you can replace an item with more of something else! I also like their Banh Nam.

Such a small homey spot for BBH! My mom and I are huge Bun Bo Hue lovers so we stopped by to try this place. The parking lot was small, but we scored a spot. The staff are so kind and attentive and were quick with taking our order as well as bringing our dishes! They were generous with the veggies with many different types of veggies and herbs we could add. The broth was light but full of flavor. I will be dropping by here more for BBH!!

Got recommended by my Vietnamese friend on their Banh Beo. I totally love it, the bite size of warm rice cake combined with minced shrimp and delicious sauce. I also tried their Bun Bo Hue. The portion is small compared to other restaurants and the meat is not tender. The soup is good and flavorful though. The place is not too big but the staff is very friendly and nice. The restaurant is also clean! I definitely recommend their authentic Banh Beo!!

Honestly torn writing this review because the service here was great. The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in but unfortunately, the food fell a bit short for me. Bun bo hue - 6/10 Let it be known that im a harsh critic when it comes to bun bo hue since its my favourite vietnamese dish but the broth here just did not hit. It was missing the signature balance of sweet, salty and spicy that makes bun bo hue so flavourful and comforting on a cold day. On the positive side, the meat portion was generous and very tender. The hock though did not have much meat on it. Banh beo - 6/10 rice cake itself felt a bit too dense and the ratio of meat topping seemed off. Mi quang - 5/10 again generous with the meat that was cooked perfectly but tasted very plain overall.

I enjoyed the broth's flavor and found it very satisfying. I really liked that you can choose your own combination of meats . Some places add too much meat, which can overwhelm the dish, so this felt well balanced. While it's not the most authentic or spicy version you'd find at a dedicated Huế spot, the broth has a slightly sweeter profile that's still enjoyable and comforting.

First time here and I was craving a bowl of bun bo hue really badly. This place did not disappoint. The soup was flavorful and had lots of components but the meat could be more tender and it would have been perfect. Service was fast and the lady is very sweet. I could see myself coming back here.

The name of the restaurant was what got me intrigued. Had to check them out. The restaurant is small, but clean. The lady that greeted us was pleasant and friendly. Their menu is simple and not extensive in terms of selections. But their specialty is Bun Bo Hue. So of course, that was what I ordered. We also tried their Banh Beo and Com Tam Thit Nuong (BBQ Pork Broken Rice). The Com Tam Thit Nuong was ok. But we enjoyed the Banh Beo and Bun Bo Hue. If you like Bun Bo Hue, you should give them a try.

    Banh Bèo

Bánh Bèo was hot and had fresh shredded shrimps. The nuoc mắm was perfectly flavored. Bun Bo Hue broth was aromatic and flavorful! Nice BBH fix when I'm too lazy to make it.

Super yummy bowl of bun bo hue dac biet! The broth was super flavorful and had the perfect level of saltiness. It also comes with a plate of veggies, herbs, and limes on the side for you to dress your bowl to your liking.

My go to BBH in Westminster! This spot is OG. Their broth is piping HOT and flavorful! I love their fresh veggies, and we always get their banh beo, so chewy and good. Everyone's tastebuds are different but I think this place is SOLID. Service is fast and good. A little small inside but good enough for a party of 5/6.

This is one of many bun bo hue in Little Saigon , clean and well organized for a Vietnamese restaurant Bun bo hue broth was smooth and flavorful. However, the beef was not tender & portion size falls short of what you get for a $14.80 bowl you get else where. Service not friendly

I might be partial to this restaurant since I've been coming here since I was young. This family own restaurant is my go to rain or shine! Whenever I see the grama I'm instantly soo happy. The family are such lovely people!! They are never rude and always welcoming with a nice smile. My go to is their bun bo hue, their broth is just like no other.. I've been to different restaurants but nothing beats theirs. I've also tried their broken rice plates with cucumber and sunny side egg on top, tasty aswell.

Bun Thit Nuong (Lemongrass beef with rice noodles, veggies, and fish sauce)

My dad and I have passed this restaurant many times and finally made the effort to try during the week. A good local Vietnamese place in Little Saigon for a quick and easy eating. Ordered bun bo hue (lemongrass beef noodle soup) and bun thit nuong (thin rice noodles w/ lemongrass BBQ pork, veggies, and fish sauce). Both dishes were good. Service was good. Clean place. Overall good. Even though food was good, not enough excitement for round two.

It really nails that traditional Northern-style flavor profile. Pro tip: make sure to mix in some sa tế, as it completely amplifies the broth and takes it to the next level! Also, I'm so hyped that the Cháo Sườn Quẩy is FINALLY back on the menu! It came out piping hot and is just as comforting as I remember. Food Bánh Mì Pate Que (2) - $5.99 Served as two pieces, this Hải Phòng-style bánh mì came with pate, shredded pork, and a house chili sauce. The bread was nicely toasted and served warm, making it easy to share. Bánh Ướt Đặc Biệt - $14.50 Steamed rice sheets topped with pork patties, fried tofu, and fresh vegetables, served with a house fish sauce. The sauce leaned light and slightly sweet, which may appeal to some but felt a bit mild overall. Bún Chả Hà Nội - $16.50 Rice vermicelli served with grilled pork, pork patties, fresh herbs, and house fish sauce. Similar to the other dish, the sauce was on the lighter side in terms of flavor. The protein portions also felt a bit small for the price. Service My party and I were greeted and seated promptly upon our arrival. A server brought menus and returned shortly after to take our order. However, they did not check-in throughout the dining experience. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and the food came out quickly. Payment is processed at the register near the back by the kitchen. Ambiance The restaurant is dimly lit with plenty of seating for dine-in. Location It is located in a strip plaza with a shared parking alongside other businesses.

The chicken is so well crispy and coated and the non flat wings are too meaty but then carry less of your delicious seasoning in my opinion. Does that request exist? Over all those years, they have never disappointed me and continue to serve really good food. I usually get the beef brisket pho and it's really good. The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. Alternatively, I sometimes also get the bun thit nuong and it's very good. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it. The shrimps are okay as well. This is a very satisfying and filling dish, so if you're looking for a high volume dish, this may be the one to get. Expect long lines during peak hours. I can confirm though that the wait is worth it! Service is always very good. The ambiance on the inside is fine, very plain and unassuming in my opinion. When I tell you this is the BEST broth I've ever had, it blew me away. I'm not one to usually order extra noodles but for this place I would order as many noodles until I ran out of broth, it is that good. Noodles were on the soggier side, I'm not picky about noodles but if you are then this is something to consider. Portions were huge for the price, very happy with that. CASH ONLY. The standout for me was the flaming wagyu ($18), torched tableside. For how thick the cut was, it was incredibly tender and soft. Definitely go medium rare. The ponzu dipping sauce really enhances the richness of the beef. We also tried the shaken beef ($21), which came with plenty of caramelized onions and bell peppers that added a subtle sweetness. The beef was slightly charred, bite-sized, and super satisfying--especially with rice. The combo pho ($25) came loaded with a variety of meats, all tender and melt-in-your-mouth.
