They are particularly generous with helping me edit and format and upload properly for big print projects. The staff are super friendly and cheerful. Side note: The anti-mask comment is unfounded in my opinion. I've never seen anyone in there without one on--though Covid has certainly provided loads of opportunity for awkward moments in customer service all around the country. The person who was disturbed probably would do well to take a deep breath and remember we are all in this together.
