I had the pleasure of taking my brand new Tesla in to get tinted, PPF protected, ceramic coated, and have it matt wrapped. I called around to various different places that supported these services and found the California Tint had the quality products that I wanted on my car, and they had a terrific warranty package if anything went wrong. Seth worked with me to get the car in, even working around my schedule to get the work started. They kept the car for four days, but when it came out of the shop....All I can say is WOW! It looked amazing! I knew what I wanted the car to look like, and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Seth and team for all of your hard work. Fast forward to a couple of months ago. I went on a road trip to visit friends and family. When I got back, the car had several nicks, a chip in my front windshield, and a nasty little ding in the hatch. After I got the windshield replaced, I went back to Seth to get the windshield coated. He saw the scrap on the back bumper, but also noticed a little pull in the coating. Seth took the car in and rewrapped the bumper; smoothed and painted the ding on the hatch along with rewrapping that area; and then had the team do the work on the windshield. I cannot say enough about these guys! I got a full frontal PPF for my Tesla Y and not only did they do an amazing job, but their communication and professionalism is unmatched. I scheduled my appointment prior to getting my Tesla so that I could get it wrapped right away and not risk any rock chips, the problem is, the appointment for my wrap was before Tesla could get it in to fix all the initial issues that were found upon delivery from the factory. It would be another month before Tesla could get me in and I did not want to risk adding any additional damage to the paint so I went ahead and got it wrapped. Unfortunately, when it came time to get the repairs done Tesla told me that I would have to get my wrap removed as they couldn't do it. I called California Tint and told them what was going on and they did everything they could, and more to help me. Not only did they remove my wrap, but they replaced it after the repairs were made, at no additional cost. It was extremely frustrating dealing with Tesla, but the customer service at California Tint was so kind and it just felt like they actually cared about their customers and their satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of getting their care wrapped or worked on! I had window tinting and a full frontal EPEL PPF installed on my Tesla Y, and they did an awesome job; and took much less time than I had expected; and I called to add side door protection as well, and they did that too. I thought it would take 3 days, but it only took 1 day instead. Very happy with the work they did. It's very hard to tell the car even has the PPF on. The tinting is terrific as well. I had thought someone had taken the car for a joy ride of 90 miles, and they even provided me with video proof that the car was never driven away from the shop at all. Normally I don't trust ads that pop-up on my Facebook or Instagram feed but I saw their ad and shot them a message. I got a quick response from Seth, who is their store manager and we worked out all the details. Seth was amazing to speak to and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I believe they are almost an XPEL exclusive store so that was reassuring. They're authorized dealers of XPEL so you know anything they do for your car will be backed by the manufacturer as well. I dropped of my Model Y and they were super accommodating with timing. When it came time for pickup, Seth was very forthcoming on breaking one of the cameras. It was still functional so had they not bring up the issue, I probably would not have noticed. They apologise for the inconvenience and said they that already went and ordered the replacement part for the camera. As I'm writing this review, California Tint is actually replacing my camera. What's even better is that they are redoing some of the PPF and tint work from before since it didn't dry / settle properly. You can trust that California Tint really stands by their work and will do anything they can to make you a happy customer. read more

I spent a fortune getting my new 2022 jeep clear wrapped. Less than a year later the wrap looks horrible! It's peeling on the corners everywhere and spots worse than a car with no wrap at all. There is a reason why this place has almost a perfect 4.9 star rating on Google. I wanted to get my brand new Tesla Model S tinted, PPF protected. and ceramic coated. I called around to about 4-5 shops from Lynnwood to Everett, to Bellevue. California Tint wasn't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. In my experience, you should generally avoid both extremes because you either don't know what you're going to get or you'll end up overpaying for the so I went with California Tint in Everett as they were reasonably priced and they had the best reviews of any of the shops I called. I was very pleased with the results when they were done with the vehicle. It looked better than it did at the Tesla dealership! They even went above and beyond my expectations! They installed a carbon fiber spoiler for me and when it didn't fit right, I ordered a different version and they offered to remove the first one and install the new one at no charge. During the installation of the new spoiler, the spoiler cracked after they applied pressure to it per the video instructions from the manufacturer. Seth, who I assume is the shop manager because of his professionalism, took full responsibility and offered to reimburse me for the spoiler. That speaks volumes about accountability and how this business takes care of its customers. Kudos to California Tint for stepping up and making things right! They took off the cracked spoiler and put back the original wing and this time they got it to sit flush and it looks great! They go to great lengths to ensure the job is done right. As a business owner myself, I can appreciate good service when seeing it. I will definitely be back when we take delivery of my wife's Model X in a few months and now tell all my family and friends to go to California Tint when they ask me for a recommendation for window tinting or ceramic coating. read more
