Had a couple minor issues and no questions asked, fixed it right away. What's also nice about them is they've been in business for a LONG time (60's I believe). PPF and tint all come with long warranties and there is definitely peace of mind when taking your car to a shop that has been around for half a century. Prices are also very competitive.

I drove one hour both ways to get it done at Skyline, which I think tells you how badly wanted to get the windows tinted here. Here are pros and cons, followed by my advice. PROS + Andrey is responsive. He answers questions thoroughly and responds to emails quickly. + He is in this business for 20 some years, and he know the stuff. I went in thinking I will go with 35%, but he recommended 30% and advised against going any lighter than that. Initially, I was a bit worried that 30% would be too dark, but I'm glad I followed his advice. 30% is exactly what I wanted and looks great. It's like picking a paint color for your house. You would know until you see it on the house, but experienced professionals know what it will look like. + I thought the price was reasonable. I chose a single layer ceramic film by autobahn. It took them 4 hours to install it on my C43 coupe (side windows and the back). I paid $400 plus tax. With the quality of work and the time it took them, I don't think $400 is bad at all. + It was clear to me that customer experience was important to Andrey. He threw in a bottle of window cleaner made by autobahn for free. I found two really minor scratches on the passenger door (probably caused by finger nails, nothing deep). Instead of arguing with me he offered to buff them out. CONS - I can't think of anything. MY ADVICE @ If you need to kill time while they are working on your car, Alderwood Mall isn't too far. As I had 4 hours to kill, I walked there and back. It took me 40 minutes each way. Adjacent to the mall are H-Mart (Korean grocery store), Costco, and a couple of strip malls. @ As always, whenever you give your key to anyone, take pictures of the car. I usually take pictures and video tape the car. Although I didn't have to deal with it with Andrey, it's the only way to avoid your word against theirs. @ It comes with 3~5 days of curing time. During that, you cannot roll down your windows. Also, you may see some minor bubbles, but they are supposed to disappear. Once the curing time is over, I will post some photos. The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

I was looking at $$$ to get it towed to a shop just to get the problem checked, but then I found out that Equality Auto was a mobile mechanic van that came to you. For only slightly more $ for a diagnostic test than the lowest quote I got from auto shops in Everett, they came to me and saved me the towing cost, which made it a great value in the end (not to mention the time I saved by not having to leave the house or figure out care for my toddler). Trisha was able to fit me in to her schedule even earlier than she thought she'd be able to, and after determining the problem with the fuel injectors, she was able to order the parts and replace them in a timely manner. Before choosing a repair facility, I contacted the local KIA dealership to ask about obtaining OEM parts for my 2025 KIA Carnival with the goal to reduce costs for the repair. There are many websites online that claim to offer lower prices for large replacement OEM parts, but these prices rarely hold up once you reach the shipping step.
