On my Toyota Tundra, Kurt tinted the rear sliding window and two front windows in under 90 minutes and his work was flawless. My black-on-black CPO was a lease in its past life so when i bought it last year, it was absolutely bone-stock. Didn't need a thing. But now in the age of the Kung Flu as the heat began to soar i realized i would lose the battle with the sun pretty soon. Ice Tech to the rescue ! They gave me a pretty wide window to drop off the car which is a blessing when you work well into the night like me. Anyway I dropped off the car and got a call an hour earlier than expected to come pick it up. So i get there and she's ready to roll. Kurt pulled it out of the bay for me and whilst its a hybrid that hauls so pretty understated to begin with, it positively felt stealthy now I would have gladly given this small business 4 to 4.5 but the sticker on the master panel for all the windows reminding me NOT to pull em down for the next 4 days makes them a solid 5 star business O & as for the look, beauty lies in the eye of the beholder that said, my mom is the most non-automotive person ever. When i brought the car home she stopped by to say "whatta beauty" this time she said "looks royal" i gotta discount the second compliment because she's aggressively following the Harry/Meghan royal split read more

100% recommend Ice Tech! I have brought multiple cars here and they always do a great job. They went above and beyond on my most recent visit. I had just bought a brand new car and wanted to get the windows tinted. They originally told me the soonest appointment would be a month out (which I wasn't surprised about as that's normal for them) but asked to be put on the waitlist. They ended up calling me the next day and got me in the next day. They even noticed the seal on my back window was installed incorrectly from the manufacturer and called me right away to notify me of the defect. I ended up having them tint all my windows and went back to the dealer at a later date to get the seal fixed which ended up scratching my tint. I brought it back to Ice Tech and they had a new tint on it in 30 minutes and ended up not even charging me! Great experience, highly recommend! read more

Had previously seen positive reviews for Ice Tech through NEXTDoor and either Yelp or Google. They were friendly and very easy to get a weekday appointment with the same week I contacted them. Reminder phone call the day before; ran on time for my appointment and actually had it done sooner than the allotted time. The work looks really good and this was HALF the price I was quoted for a job with an outfit I'd used before several times over the years in Bellevue. I would recommend and will go back to complete work on a second car. read more

I got my windows tinted a couple days ago and so far it looks really good... Except I realize that I maybe would want them darker. I called back simply inquiring what could be done and the receptionist, one I've never spoken to before, was so so so rude. She said that they couldn't do anything about it and that I was stuck. I was a little apprehensive so I asked they must know how to remove it? She then said they would remove it if I paid double what I paid to get them done. I was just so taken aback by her tone. I wish she would've known how to keep a satisfied customer. Now the people I've recommended for this place, I'm telling to go elsewhere. read more

A friend recommended his place to me and I was super happy with the results. I called on a Monday and I was able to get my car in to the shop by Wednesday. They told me it'll probably take 1.5-2 hours but in reality it was barely 1 hour. Keep in mind I do own a 2-door so maybe that's why it was so quick. The tints turned out really well. Absolutely no bubbles. Customer service was good. Everyone there is friendly. They explained things to me very well. read more

Very happy with this business. Brought my new WRX in for them to tint and it turned out beautifully!! They were super friendly on the phone when scheduling my appointment but the craziest thing was how quick they were. Took only about an hour! I have had all my vehicles tinted and usually went to Accutint. Decided to try somewhere new. Ice Tech had similar quality and results but were faster and charged about $150 less. Going to bring our other car in for tint soon too. Would highly recommend these guys! read more

Service was pretty good, nice welcoming gentlemen. Did a good job on my window tint for my Range Rover. Office area was pretty out dated and kinda off putting. Old couch-baby crib? Also, while sitting on the couch one of the workers was digging around me trying to find the "shop" phone. Good tint, so I guess that's all that matters right? Booked my appointment 2 weeks ago for our Range Rover and was scheduled for 3 hours... thought it was pretty quick as I have dropped my previous vehicles off at other locations for the ENTIRE day! The staff was awesome, communicated great and the best thing is that they completed a fantastic tint job (entire vehicle) in 1 hour!!! How does that even happen? This place is legit, customer service is top notch and they are very professional. Lifetime warranty on their work is unbeatable. Ask for Peter and he will take care of you. They've tinted two of my cars and ill be coming back here for future tinting service. They also offered a discount if you donate canned foods. I drove one hour both ways to get it done at Skyline, which I think tells you how badly wanted to get the windows tinted here. Here are pros and cons, followed by my advice. PROS + Andrey is responsive. He answers questions thoroughly and responds to emails quickly. + He is in this business for 20 some years, and he know the stuff. I went in thinking I will go with 35%, but he recommended 30% and advised against going any lighter than that. Initially, I was a bit worried that 30% would be too dark, but I'm glad I followed his advice. 30% is exactly what I wanted and looks great. It's like picking a paint color for your house. You would know until you see it on the house, but experienced professionals know what it will look like. + I thought the price was reasonable. I chose a single layer ceramic film by autobahn. It took them 4 hours to install it on my C43 coupe (side windows and the back). I paid $400 plus tax. With the quality of work and the time it took them, I don't think $400 is bad at all. + It was clear to me that customer experience was important to Andrey. He threw in a bottle of window cleaner made by autobahn for free. I found two really minor scratches on the passenger door (probably caused by finger nails, nothing deep). Instead of arguing with me he offered to buff them out. CONS - I can't think of anything. MY ADVICE @ If you need to kill time while they are working on your car, Alderwood Mall isn't too far. As I had 4 hours to kill, I walked there and back. It took me 40 minutes each way. Adjacent to the mall are H-Mart (Korean grocery store), Costco, and a couple of strip malls. @ As always, whenever you give your key to anyone, take pictures of the car. I usually take pictures and video tape the car. Although I didn't have to deal with it with Andrey, it's the only way to avoid your word against theirs. @ It comes with 3~5 days of curing time. During that, you cannot roll down your windows. Also, you may see some minor bubbles, but they are supposed to disappear. Once the curing time is over, I will post some photos. Jeff was incredibly fast to respond and even came out to our house for a inspection, which was huge! I wasn't able to get him photos ahead of time, but he understood the urgency and he offered to send his team to take a look in person, all within 24 hours. When I asked for a ballpark estimate, he didn't just throw out a number, he gave a super detailed breakdown of options from basic detailing all the way up to a full mold remediation overhaul. What really stood out to me was the transparency: after inspecting the car, he told me the issue wasn't as severe as I feared and recommended a less invasive service at lower cost that made sense for our situation. No upselling, zero pressure: just a realistic assessment of what the car actually needed. From the assessment to completion, the entire process truly felt like white-glove service. During the cleaning, they checked in periodically and gave updates. They were thoughtful about setting expectations around stains that might not come out completely, and they clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Our car is older (2008) and mostly used for outdoor activities, so I was surprised they even bothered to eradicate some stains--and the effort absolutely showed. When I arrived I was told the lady I spoke to said she never heard back from me even though in the voicemail she said I didn't have to. We also spoke about the cost of the detail and she told me it wouldn't be much more than the listed price although I drive a bigger SUV. Due to their "system being down" when I showed up for my appointment no one knew that I was coming. They didn't have availability and when I asked about pricing I was told it would be double the cost of what I was told over the phone. They said they could fit me in the schedule but it would take a week instead of 3 days. I dropped the car off on Monday and ended up getting a call on Wednesday saying my car was ready so I went to go pick it up. It looked good until a week later when I noticed spotting(?) I'm not sure what it's called on the drivers side door. Overall communication seemed off and now I have this stain on my car after paying twice what I was quoted.

It's a great place for tinting and they definitely take care of you!! Make sure you mention to MATCH tint if you have tint in the back because you might think you know what color to get but leave it to the professionals lol if you're trying to match tint that is! They do a great job!!! read more
