We love our cars!!! This place has been in business forever and they are the least expensive in town. I paid less then $200.00 to get all five windows done on my car a year or so ago. Excellent service, very professional and quick! I actually had my windows tinted about 6 years ago at Ice Tech, and just recently had them redone FOR FREE! They have a lifetime warranty. All employees are knowledgeable and friendly. One problem: While they removed my back window tint, the defroster lines came off as well. They offered to give me $ or send me to a company to have the window replaced. I went to the company. They were very apologetic and explained to me exactly why the defrost line came off. I was a little inconvenienced, but I have a new window and new tint, so I have nothing to complain about! The tint job was amazing and I will continue to refer everyone I know to this company. I had my car tinted here last week and the work seems to be ok but I don't think they were very professional. When I got there the small Asian guy was outside smoking a cigarette. I went inside and filled out the paperwork with the other guy. While I was inside the guy that was outside was looking at my car for damage. I went out there and he was telling me about the dents in my car with his cigarette still in his hands. Half way threw them tinting that guy was outside smoking again. Then when they were done the white guy pulled my car out of the garage while the other guy rinsed it off. When he was done rinsing he went to smoke again while the other guy dried my windows for me. When I got in my car it smelled like marijuana. I think these guys need to brush up on there professionalism since they are dealing with people's property. read more

Had all windows tinted on my scion tc and it looks really good. I love it! The quality is great, no problems with it so far. It's really nice that they give you a warranty with your purchase, so if any thing seems to happen fading, bubbles, scratches, etc they will replace it for free! Super fast took an hour for them to install. Availability same day appointments are rare. I played it safe an made appointment a week in advance. Also really inexpensive for a summer price, they had some deal going on i think. Less than $200 for two door windows, two small rear windows and the back window. By appointment only. This business is wonderful. I have had 3 cars tinted here and everytime the service and product have been amazing! Every person has hiccups and business. I went to Ice Tech window tinting about three weeks ago. First time I went there and yes I went off the reviews and yes the price was good the young guy in the office was cool and the lil guy was all bye himself doing my car within a hour i had a great time. my passenger window had some issues with it now. I called to get an apointment and I was just a few minutes late like 3 to 5. I get there and they are getting keys from some guy and going to pull his car in befor me all I ask is how long is it gonna be. The guy with no customer service says it will only be couple minuets. I said well I'm sorry for being late it's not like I'm asking him to do I right away but I did wanna know the exact time on how long k had to wait and then this guy goes out and starts talking to the owner and I'm like yo I didn't wanna stand in there for five minuets to get a answer how long will it take and he still didn't have a true answer. I told everyone I knew to go there but now I'm regreating it because some over weight thug wanna be was in the office. Hopefully they will fix my car like they said they will. But until then I will keep a real post like this up for real questions to be answerd. read more

I had always been interested in getting my BMW windows tinted so I finally called around and found the best price and warranty at Ice Tech, a modest little operation in Mill Creek. They were very fast and very good--at a very competitive price. After they finished, my tint look like factory stock, perfect. There wasn't a seam out of place. Later, an issue with my window sill seal damaged the film when I rolled down one of the windows. I took it back. They offered to replace the defective window seal and replace the film all free of charge. I didn't even have to ask--they offered. Their techs really care about their workmanship and they are very courteous and helpful. They want you to leave satisfied. I felt like a Nordstrom customer. I would highly recommend them to friends.
