Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. After terrible experiences at Car Toys and Stereo Warehouse, I found these guys and they were amazing. Every employee was friendly and went out of their way to greet me. They diagnosed my issue (aftermarket power amp was toast) and got me up and running within just a couple of hours. The system sounds slamming now. They never upsold me and the repair/replace was very affordable. Best of all, they warned me on the front end about a number of things that could be the issue but when the repair was done, the issue we discussed was the cheapest one. They could have very easily said it was one of the other things and charged me a lot more and I would've been none the wiser. This is how you know a business is legit. They don't screw you over! They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. I had my 2024 4Runner wrapped last January 2025 by Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. They did a…read morewonderful job and it looked better than I had ever seen it. In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.
