Their bid was competitive and I had a good deal of faith in their ability to provide a great experience given what I'd read in other reviews. Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

We had a lot of questions prior to putting a contract in place and he answered every question in detail. He was very open with communication the entire way. 2) Yuri's team is very detailed. After applying a first coat, they will examine and determine if a second / third coat is necessary. After the job - his team allowed us to do a final inspection and would touch up as needed. Yuri would than do another quality inspection himself to ensure that it meets his standards. I truly felt that Yuri cared about the job, customer satisfaction, and his teams reputation of "no compromises". 3) Yuri provided his professional input. He didn't try to sell us anything extra. With the paint selection - he asked us if we planned on painting to sell or painting to live. We aren't planning on moving so we selected a higher quality / premium Paint from Sherman Williams (Duration and Emerald). Our house has held the same color for 20+ years and Indec really gave it a refresh. My parents love the outcome and are really happy with Indecs work. I asked my dad for input as well as I write this review and two words that came up over and over again were "customer service" and "quality".
