I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. I called Faraz and he came right away. Turned out, previous contractor didn't seal sink properly. Faraz removed and installed new bottom base, removed and re-installed sink with proper sealant, and cleaned out pipes. I'm very happy with Faraz's work. He's reasonably priced and has integrity. I was assuming it's normal for composite decking. Well it's not... I was able to pull off several boards by hand with barely any effort. I bought a box of proper screws to fix it. Took 9 weeks to complete which created budget overruns and significant scheduling challenges for other activities. We then had to call back for several missed areas, incorrect paint sheen used, and poor transitions. The overspray in areas was significant resulting in rework or frankly just having a different paint crew come in to complete the work. I would not recommend.
